Been using My Water Tracker & Reminder for a couple months now. It’s basically an app to help you stay on top of your water intake and hydration goals. Pretty solid if you’re trying to drink more water and build healthier habits.
Here’s what you do: you can log your water consumption throughout the day, set daily targets, and even get reminder alerts to drink more. And there’s also a fasting mode which is pretty cool. And you can track your progress over time – took me a while to figure that part out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re into health and fitness apps, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to stay accountable with your water intake.
