I’ve been using the My Work app for a couple months now. It’s basically a workforce management tool for managers and employees. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kinda thing.
Here’s what you can do – you can check attendance, update schedules, approve timecards, all from your phone. There’s also the option to clock in and out, request time off, and swap shifts. Took me a bit to figure some of that out but it’s pretty useful once you get the hang of it.
Look, if you’re a manager or an employee who needs to stay on top of schedules and timesheets, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need a workforce app.

So here's my take on the My Work app. I've tested a bunch of workforce management apps and this one's pretty solid. The features are comprehensive without being overwhelming, and the mobile experience is generally smooth. The ability to handle schedules, timecards, and time off requests all in one place is really convenient. That said, the interface could use some polishing, and I did find it took a bit of getting used to. But overall, if you need a reliable way to manage your team on the go, My Work is worth considering.
