Use to be okay. It's gotten worse. This most recent update messed up logging in. Unless you sign out every time you leave the app you have to sign in twice just to clock in. Even if you close the app, turn off your phone, and wait a week. Then attempt to clock in. It will still sign you out automatically and make you sign back in. Gosh, and then when it comes to editing your time..it wouldnt really show your edited time until its approved. Which can be inconvenient when trying to figure out hrs

Since this most recent update. I am not able to log in by password, or biometric!!!

keeps logging me out always need help from administration to get in. have to use computer to login very inconvenient

clunky. doesnt always register punches. biometric log in sometimes works sometimes doesn't

This is one of the worst designed and coded app I've ever used. It is one of the slowest apps to load and it takes longer to login. I have apps with way more personal info than this one and they have better security while providing easy/convenient ways to login. Every page is just cluttered with info, looks bad, and is confusing to navigate. All these companies are paying to use this company's services but where is this money going? It definitely isn't going towards this app.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Logging in is fine, but other than that it is absolute garbage, doesn't work properly. Nothing shows when I tap a shift on My Calendar, just the header bar and then a big lovely blank screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled, made no difference. Why there's two separate apps for the same company and purpose, I will never know. Congratulations ADP, I've never hated something as much as I hate this app. And I've worked retail for 10+ years.

the app doesn't work. we can't even get by the login screen. it doesn't provide adequate notices about its current state and what it expects or is doing

the app does not function as it should every time there's an update I have to uninstall it, reinstall it in order for it to work properly

very clunky operating system! takes less time signing in to my bank account vrs punching in and out on your app! Wheres the updated patch work? This cant be right, very dissappointed, I do not recommend!

Need this app for work and it doesn't load. Can't clock in or out. I've Uninstalled and installed it several times. any help would be great

Terrible interface. Other scheduling apps allow you to click on a date in your calendar and make modifications. For example, in DayForce, you can click on a date and make any adjustments to your schedule quickly and easily.

I dont know why, but this minute, everything is there. The next most of it is gone ex--the punch,calendar time off is there but everything else gone me again, the app is still not working. I even deleted it and downloaded it back, and now the self schedule is gone.

I hate this app. I've set up passcode sign in two different times and it will always ends up giving me an error message when I try to sign in 😕 🤦🏾‍♂️then I have to uninstall/reinstall... considering this is a WORK app and not a luxury app, somebody needs to get it fixed ASAP...

1. slow loading at times: I should not have to set aside 3-5 minutes to wait to clock in. 2. works poorly at times: will occasionally tell myself and coworkers we don't have accounts, preventing us from using it 3. requires two apps: to fully access your timesheets and the like, you'll need to download their other app can't clock in through a site: you *have* to download their app to clock in and out with their system. I've experienced paycor, paycom, and now this. this is the worst of them

Application just loads a webpage, so don't be surprised if the back gesture closes the app. Can't sign in to view my schedule anymore, as it displays text saying "We're sorry, the link you bookmarked for this page bypasses ADP security standards." Tried clearing cache, data, reinstalling, nothing. Coworkers are having this issue as well, it's better off viewing your schedule on a web browser instead of this Internship project.

BLUF: App deserves ZERO stars. Constant connection/location issues, failed updates requiring frequent reinstallation, unintuitive and glitched UI. ADP cannot find programmers and UX devs worth anything with how terrible each iteration of this app (and their others') become. Unfortunately anyone using this app isn't given any alternatives outside of ADP's own clunky site. Would love to give this 0 stars but google doesn't give the option.

app is trash, constantly having issues logging in always says link provided is wrong 80% of the time....force stop/reset network/clean cache and reopen works like half the time. this app is definitely not optimized at all, geo location also is a joke you can stand in the bubble and you'll still probably have issues. this isn't a reinstalling issue that fixes nothing it's clearly this outdated app

Wouldn't use this if my employer didn't require, absolutely would not recommend other employers utilize it unless it gets some changes. It might just be my OS/phone model, but the UI is unpleasant to use and doesn't look clean. Time off requests feel especially clunky to use, though maybe that's by design. I kept getting an error that was resolved by unchecking "Notify My Colleagues", but I have no idea how anyone was supposed to figure that out when the error message was a string of tech jargon

This app was fine until this last update. Now it takes 3 times minimum to log in to punch as the first couple of times it will pretend to log in, not load my account, but will then say I was logged out and have to sign back in when I just logged in and verified through the text code. When time is of the essence I don't appreciate needing to take 5 minutes to make a single punch every time that I need to punch in or out. That is obnoxious.

terrible app for work. riddled with bugs as it's clearly just trying to patch up an antiquated system. constant problems logging in from just not being able to login at all to biometrics constantly getting disabled. A new low though is the app deciding to immediately log out the instant it logs in. goes from logging in to showing it logged in but before being able to do anything, says logging out. If your workplace uses this app, good luck!
