Been using the My6 – Book & Save on Motel 6 app for a couple months now. It’s basically a mobile app that lets you book stays at Motel 6 and Studio 6 hotels, and you get exclusive discounted rates as a member. Pretty solid if you travel a lot and stay at Motel 6 properties.
Here’s what you can do – you can search for hotels in your area, see all the rates and availability, and book right from the app. There’s also a map view which is handy for seeing where the hotels are located. And you can manage your account and reservations, update your preferences, all that good stuff. Took me a little while to figure out all the features but it’s pretty user-friendly overall.
Look, if you’re a frequent Motel 6 customer, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this app. It’s not perfect – the app can be a bit glitchy sometimes and the hotel selection is limited to just Motel 6 and Studio 6. But overall it does the job and helps you save some money on your stays.
