Been using myAir™ by Resmed for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you set up and get comfortable with your CPAP machine. There’s a personal assistant that walks you through the setup process step-by-step, and you can even do a ‘test drive’ to get used to the air pressure before you start using it for real.
The app’s got a bunch of how-to videos and guides too, which is super helpful if you’re new to CPAP therapy. And there’s also a library of info on sleep health and using your machine effectively. Honestly, it makes the whole process a lot less intimidating.
Look, if you’re new to CPAP or just need a little extra support, myAir™ is worth checking out. It’s not perfect – the app can be a bit glitchy sometimes – but overall it does a pretty good job of helping you stick with your therapy. And that’s the most important thing, right?

So here's my take on myAir™ by Resmed. I've tried a bunch of different sleep apps and this one's actually pretty solid. The guided setup is super helpful, especially if you're new to CPAP machines. The video library is also really useful for learning how to use your specific machine and mask.
That said, the app can be a bit glitchy at times, and the sleep data tracking isn't as comprehensive as some other apps out there. But overall, if you're looking for an app to help you get started and stay motivated with your CPAP therapy, myAir™ is definitely worth a look. It's not perfect, but it does the job pretty well.
