Edit June 19, 2025: on 6/1/2025 it started syncing, but only sporadically. It appears that I need to log into the app daily and remind it to download the data, so it is no longer automated. This was such a great app and piece of equipment. Now it is useless. Does not sync as of June 30, 2023. Many emails since then said it is being fixed. Has not been fixed.
I've been using this app for over a year and all the sudden it gives me "Connection Error, check your internet connection and try again". I obviously have internet because I'm typing this review. There's no help button. If y'all can fix this app I'll change my rating. Edit: I'll give it 3 stars, as I was able to fix the app issue myself by clicking everything I could find, and somehow ended up with the option of signing back in. And it worked without an error. Machine good,app lacks.
This app sucks!!!!! It does not log the correct time of the machine being used. it says that I've only used it 30mins at night when I've worn it all night long!!!! It did not log one of the nights and when you reach out to customer care they do not fix the issue or respond. It's frustrating and a waste of my time for this app!!!! It also does not log my data or track sleep!!! so on my report it looks like I'm noncompliant!!! I've been using this machine every night since I've gotten it!!
This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They have no phone support at all, you have to send an email and it doesn't seem to matter what the problem is you are dealing with, you get the same canned response over and over again and it also takes them days to respond. I tried to explain what difficulties I was having, sent them screenshots of the problem and I get the "remove the app, reinstall the app, unplug the machine, plug the machine back in". Worthless!!!!
This app is decent. let's you know basics about how well you slept with your CPAP machine. I check it every morning. what it needs: maintenance reminders. like when to change the filter and such. More importantly, It needs to allow you to connect to more than 1 machine. I have a machine for home that stays on my nightstand. I have a second for when I travel. I travel a lot for work, so this feature would be great!
Very little help in setting up and/or using the app. hard to pair with my phone. can't believe this is supposed to "help" your medical condition. Hoping this new machine is somewhat better than what is being replaced. So far the assistance hasn't been any better. Hoping for a phone call tomorrow. if you are putting your sleep apnea eggs in a basket, don't put them all in this one!
I'm an over the road truck driver about to have my yearly DOT physical in the morning so I thought I would install this new app that's compatible with the newish machine and... nothing. I type in all my information to make an account and it does nothing. Just zips a little color line across the top and nothing changes. I've used other apps from other companies and had zero problems.
I'm giving this only a 3 star until the app is fixed. Well here we are again...the App went down again, a month later and it's doing the same thing as before. I can't sign in and can't check my progress. This is VERY frustrating. It works GREAT when it works, but it seems fleeting. I just switched to a new mask and need to know my readings.
Okay when the Bluetooth connection works, but the phone app unpairs itself every day or two. The Wi-Fi connection works, but the CPAP machine only seems to upload information when ît is not in use. if it is running, the Wi-Fi data the app receives is out of date. The only solution I have found is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Please fix your app!
Information is meaningless. You can get a low number and it'll still tell you you got a great score for whatever reason. Also mask on time does not equate being able to actually sleep. I've gotten 100% while getting no rem sleep. Great the app detects the mask on your face. You know what else does that? Physically feeling it on your face. Useless app. also useless dev comment doesn't address the actual sleep quality of 100% mask on time just missing the point.
