It is non functional for the following reasons: 1. It no longer syncs with my car. It errors and I have uninstalled, cleared cache/storage and nothing helps. 2. The Electrify America integration is broken. I have never been able to pull up the screen where you enter the charger ID. It just gives an error. I have raised a ticket with Audi, but nothing helps. I have to claim back each charging session.

At a minimum, I could tell if the car was being mishandled, left with doors open, etc. My ability to set speed limit remotely enabled me to control how fast i wanted the car to be driven. This app has a lot of cool features. I'm not giving 5 star, because the subscription is expensive. after trial period. Also, i wish i never have to go through just ATT, rather use any service provider.
The app only half works. Great for topping off at an Electrify America or monitoring your charge while at home. However, since the only way to access your subscriptions is via the app (website is no longer supported), you're probably screwed. I've been able to access the subscription store a total of 1 time...and that was weeks after owning the car. So far, I've only been able to activate the trial subscription for Audi Connect. Once it expires, I guess they don't want my money to renew.
Update: Audi called me again and told me to get a new phone!!!! Update: Audi called me and told me it's a problem with my phone...even though the reviews clearly show it's a problem with the app. I still say; Absolutely sucks. MMI Connect worked great for me, Amazon music, web radio, the app itself. This app won't even stay on, constantly connects and disconnects. I can no longer listen to any music except whatever I have in the car. Even customer service couldn't help me. This sucks, will be dropping my Audi Connect subscription because of this!!!
Full of errors. Wont let you login after registration. Audi support admits there are issues and that they don't know when it will be fixed. Come on corporate, these issues have to have to be visible to you guys. Why is it not addressed? This is a massive failure, and it's not just the app - its the entire myaudi ecosystem that is effected. EDIT: Seems that the web services are working again. Also registration issue was somehow resolved. Not sure what changed. Because I don't know what changed I'm giving the app 3 stars as it seems fine now for my day-to-day use but I surely wouldn't rely on it to stay that way...
One of the worst app. This app never works properly. Even if the doors are closed and locked, it will give the warning "please lock the vehicle". Most of the time it won't retrieve the real time data from the car. I am wondering how a "reliable brand ?" like Audi is not able to develop a properly working app!!!. Horrible experience with this app.
Couldn't sign in at the dealership, couldn't sign in at home, and still can't hours later. I mean, look at the other reviews! That a high-end brand like Audi would put this sorry excuse for an app front and center of their new-car onboarding setup is bewildering. A brand-new $90k car and it falls down signing into its premier connectivity service? Yikes.
The app started off working well when I got my car a month ago. The last several times I've tried to connect to a charger to charge my car, it gives me an error message and I can't connect. I'm supposed to get 2 years of free charging using the app. But, I've had to pay out of pocket for times now because the app won't connect. Sometimes, the car info in the app is more than an hour old or it tells me no Internet connection when my phone clearly shows full bars. Fix the app!
Most cars have apps these days, so I've had the chance to experience a few myself. What I find most amazing, as the price of the car goes up, the app goes DOWN. This app is by far the most useless one I've used. I've been using this app since Dec '24 and there parts that have NEVER worked. Now, when I launch, it just sits that with the "updating" banner. One week and counting of "updating".
Absolutely horrible! Similar to other customers, I've gone in circles with customer service using more than one communication channel (chat and via phone). I'm just trying to set up auto payments! It took me 20 minutes to talk to a representative on the phone to make a payment. I kept getting dropped or switched to another group. It really shouldn't be this hard to pay a company.
Works pretty well for the most part, but I have some features like the geo-fence thing that will not activate with this app. I'm hoping the dealer can help me fix it, but don't know why I need to go to the dealer to fix this. Other than that, works most of the time, well. Update: Now all services have been down for more than a week. I understand IT updates take some time, especially testing and working out bugs, but would be nice to receive updates so users are not in the dark.
The app don't connect to the MMI, although it connects to the vehicle's WiFi and bluetooth. Only useful to enter an address, very disappointed. Audi Connect was a whole lot better, but it's gone and none of it's features are available in this app. Sorry Audi, cars are awesome, your mobile access technology mediocre. Do better.
It is so hit or miss if the app will work or not. Can't remote start if car is not locked but the remote lock doesn't always work. Can't remote start if the emergency brake isn't on but you don't have that functionality from the app. Not sure if it is app related or not but after it locked me out of key user and I had to reset it, I've not been able to log back into Amazon Alexa for over a year. It just spins and never connects. Frustrating for the cost of the car.
The app is a good start but it can be way better. The negative, the app keeps crashing when I click on find charging stations, it never fails. The positives of the app it has lots of data points to help keep track of windows and doors been unlocked, the charge, getting your car ready before a trip, the location of the vehicle. It would be nice to have a map feature that lets you upload your destination to the car before you get in. I used to have that on my 2012 bmw 6 series and we're in 2024.
decent app. can tell you where car parked but not real time tracking like in other apps. Would like to see other features available similar to other apps like with remote start, climate control, turn on heated seats, ability to see oil level, tire pressures (if vehicle equipped), open/ close windows, sunroof (if left open and not near car with change in weather). overall decent but very basic app which is a surprise for a higher end company. My daughter's mysubaru app is better
The option to set a charge at departure is not working on this latest update. The min. at charging stops and destination can be set but the departure option doesn't hold. This is an important trip planning function I use routinely on the app. Need to include in the widget view lock and unlock, window status, climate control function in addition to the charge status, range, etc.
I'm not a fan of the app at all. When my car charges, the app doesn't display the updated range. The app won't refresh until I get into the car. For those of us in the US, we can't lock, unlock our doors, or roll our windows up/down. The only decent feature is that I get a notification when my car is charged. That's it. Why can't US consumers get the features that others get?? If I'd known about the lack of features, I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle.
Almost always gets an error on my S23. Slow. Not always accurate. 07/2025 - They have somehow managed to make this app even worse. 08/2025 - the "parked time" always displays "-59 mins" despite how long it's been parked. The map always displays gas stations. You have to select the "Refueling" button to activate it (even tho they are already displayed) and select again to get them to turn off. The car WARNs about refueling even tho the online guage says 87%. And why 87% when car just filled?
Not bad overall; however, the remote functions are SO SLOW! It takes almost 30 seconds to lock or unlock the doors at times. The same goes for the remote start function. I've used this in various areas and it executes exactly the same. I'd also like to see more functional options added (similar to BMW). Examples are: opening and closing windows; setting car temperature prior to start up; turn on/off the heated steering wheel, etc.
Very basic app. After the latest upgrade, I had trouble changing the target load percentage when the car was parked at home. Had to remove the home profile to be able to charge the car to a higher level for a long journey. When faults occur there is no further explanation of the fault, when it should be trivial to link to a page in the online handbook. There are no statistics on short/long term energy consumption. Arranging a service appointment at dealer through the app was a total fail.
