it's been 10 days since I opened my account. I still haven't received my $40 and I still haven't gotten anything on my account except for they need more times to review it. it's almost like they just wanted my information

Now I'm not able to play "spin and win" it says I'm in the ticket-only mode, unable to win cash, every day without playing the text comes out.

Worst place to put your financial trust. False advertising of early payday with direct deposit. Have had no problem with other institutions, but they do not deliver on what they say.

Don't waste your time. They are never going to give the $40 for sign up. I signed up, added funds, and waited 15 business days. It's been almost 26 and I have not received anything. I've emailed customer support at least 5 times only to receive a generic "we got your email" notification. What's funny is that the time to get back to me has increased each time first it was 24, then 48, and the last one was 72 hours. There is 0 communication or customer support. It's a joke!!! 0 stars.

would not recommend the young man that was so eager for me to set it up, BLEW my phone up repeatedly while I was at the museum with my kids then when I Realized at the laundry man the $20 I added from my cashapp could not be sent BACK to my card he acted as if I was bothering him trying to get his help to get my $20 back on cashapp. While I had to offer a solution , and he was able to help FINALLY with MY SOLUTION. I would NOT recommend this app to any SANE human being. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE

Overall, fast and easy to use. the reason it's not 5 star review is because I have had the app downloaded for a week and still have not gotten my free $40 and I have used the apps card to make that wasn't the problem.

I was extremely sceptical at first bcuz if I transfer money via cashapp or my chime I never qualified for the $40.00 but I went to my local cash load location done the requirements and received an email stating I qualified for bonus. it's not given immediately though it is posted in your account complete requirements and easiest way is cash load at location near you and must wait up to 15 business days for reward to posy. customer service great 1 neg dont get denied atm trans charge $2.50 each.

They have promoters everywhere spreading lies. There is no $40.00 for signing up it seems. They claim I had to load the card with 20.00 through a third party but not cash app. I don't know why these companies do this other than to mine data.

love the service this is one app that does do what it says I put the money on my card in less then. 14 days my 4o dollars was in my account right when it was needed the most , one thing is after hours theres no customer service til the next day , yet I can deal with that , and excellent card security wrong pin multiple times freezes your card love that

I was ripped off by the salesman he stripped all the money I had on the debit card I handed him Acting like he was transferring 20$ to open banking account then showed transaction faild I lost everything on card and 20$ excess of 200$ I wouldn't recommend it t ttto a dogy trying to contact their office and report this to them no luck can't find a customer service number. for all I know it's all A scam I want my goddam money back 200+dollars somebody needs to be arrested I'm going to post this o.

I don't like that I can't contact support with an issue that I have with my camera doesn't work in order to verify who I am. cash app is a better app in some ways but new rules make it not as good as it once was but at least everything is all free to do and use for the most part. if I can't use another way to verify other than my back camera I will be deleting.

Saw a misleading ad so I signed up. "40$ instantly when signing up." I signed up. Did not instantly get 40$. Just another crummy online bank. Chime has a better referral program and that's ALL this is. There's literally no reason to switch to them unless it's to try and promote their company. You and your referrals both need qualifying deposits. This is a garbage app praying on folks in need by saying "instant". Their numbers will look better when you sign up but again you get nothing.

I signed up for this account thinking I was going to use it as an extra card, they have a promotion going where you can receive $35.00 for making two transactions and loading the card with at least $25.00. I followed the steps clearly and the said I'm not qualified due to the fact that my cash load was through cash app. Nowhere in the terms and conditions did it mention that Cashapp did not count towards loading my card and now they are refusing to give it to me. Just another scam.

Horrible customer service! I've been trying to get the digital visa to work from day 1, never works. I've canceled and reordered 3 times and all 3 never worked. If you call customer service, good luck getting someone on the phone! I've left 2 messages and no one has even thought about returning my call.. haven't heard from them once. Horrible app!!

Downloaded and had around $4k deposited to my account. No bonus received. Started using, had no issues, then somebody got a hold of my card number and spent like $500. Went into my transaction history to see the details to try and figure out who it mightve been or to figure out anything I could about the spending. Every single transaction is listed as "POS Sale" except for ATM withdrawals, and because of this it's impossible to figure out who did it and when. Transactions are sometimes a day off

I had signed up and was supposed to get $10.00 for spending at least $5.00, I never received it. Then I deposited $20.00 and never received the $40.00 sign up because I transferred it from a card instead of depositing at an ATM. I would definitely not recommend this app it has been nothing but a headache!! I messaged customer service and nothing was fixed!! would not recommend this app or company at all!!! 😕

I made an account in early December and was supposed to get a welcome bonus. Well my account was under review AND STILL IS! It's been almost 4 months. I entered everything correctly. I uploaded my ID as well. I emailed them once, didn't fix the issue, still couldn't login! So I emailed AGAIN and still nothing. I finally just gave up.

I was super excited to get this card only to have it "reject" at the checkout in numerous stores. I was told that the card flagged "fraud" warnings which was the so-called reason that it wouldn't pay for my purchases even when fully loaded. I notified customer service and they were very apologetic. They said that they fixed "the problem" which they claim was "a glitch". I cannot be bothered with putting money on cards or accounts that may spazz out anywhere, anytime . Not using Bambu anymore.

I've had this app since December. Joined using the referral program. It came a month later & the came came 2 months later. Good thing they had a virtual card. I've referred 5 people but was only credited for 1 & that took 2 months to settle on both accounts. Now my account is restricted for some reason. But when I call, the lines are always busy. I want to resolve the issue before I delete the app & account.

I opened an account last year. I got the singing bonus, and my card arrived by mail in a timely manner. Used it a bit, and was able to top it up, no problems, everything was going great, but suddenly the card stoped working. When I enter the app it says "Error: Cards unavailable right now, try again later". I havent been able to use my balance, on a couple of months and counting (Mind you about 5$, but I wont put more to it if its not working)
