it's been 10 days since I opened my account. I still haven't received my $40 and I still haven't gotten anything on my account except for they need more times to review it. it's almost like they just wanted my information
Now I'm not able to play "spin and win" it says I'm in the ticket-only mode, unable to win cash, every day without playing the text comes out.
Worst place to put your financial trust. False advertising of early payday with direct deposit. Have had no problem with other institutions, but they do not deliver on what they say.
Don't waste your time. They are never going to give the $40 for sign up. I signed up, added funds, and waited 15 business days. It's been almost 26 and I have not received anything. I've emailed customer support at least 5 times only to receive a generic "we got your email" notification. What's funny is that the time to get back to me has increased each time first it was 24, then 48, and the last one was 72 hours. There is 0 communication or customer support. It's a joke!!! 0 stars.
would not recommend the young man that was so eager for me to set it up, BLEW my phone up repeatedly while I was at the museum with my kids then when I Realized at the laundry man the $20 I added from my cashapp could not be sent BACK to my card he acted as if I was bothering him trying to get his help to get my $20 back on cashapp. While I had to offer a solution , and he was able to help FINALLY with MY SOLUTION. I would NOT recommend this app to any SANE human being. NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE
Overall, fast and easy to use. the reason it's not 5 star review is because I have had the app downloaded for a week and still have not gotten my free $40 and I have used the apps card to make that wasn't the problem.
I was extremely sceptical at first bcuz if I transfer money via cashapp or my chime I never qualified for the $40.00 but I went to my local cash load location done the requirements and received an email stating I qualified for bonus. it's not given immediately though it is posted in your account complete requirements and easiest way is cash load at location near you and must wait up to 15 business days for reward to posy. customer service great 1 neg dont get denied atm trans charge $2.50 each.
They have promoters everywhere spreading lies. There is no $40.00 for signing up it seems. They claim I had to load the card with 20.00 through a third party but not cash app. I don't know why these companies do this other than to mine data.
love the service this is one app that does do what it says I put the money on my card in less then. 14 days my 4o dollars was in my account right when it was needed the most , one thing is after hours theres no customer service til the next day , yet I can deal with that , and excellent card security wrong pin multiple times freezes your card love that
I was ripped off by the salesman he stripped all the money I had on the debit card I handed him Acting like he was transferring 20$ to open banking account then showed transaction faild I lost everything on card and 20$ excess of 200$ I wouldn't recommend it t ttto a dogy trying to contact their office and report this to them no luck can't find a customer service number. for all I know it's all A scam I want my goddam money back 200+dollars somebody needs to be arrested I'm going to post this o.
