I cannot open the app to make payment or the web page. This is getting to be a hassle and very unprofessional

Cant update information from old vehicle to new have to create a new email account to be able to get your new vehicles account on the app

It is fine for an Android, but how on earth do I put the app on my pc desktop? Yes, it would be nice if vehicle maintenance was included

Very simple easy to access everything I've been using the app for a few months now and I haven't had any bugs yet

I downloaded the app and when it came time to put my birthrate it wouldn't change the year. I then decided to try and get past it the app wouldn't let me. Don't waste your time.

The app gives a message that it doesn't support my zip code area. I've been making payments the better part of the last several months from this zip code area.

Well the app works sometimes. 9/10 times trying to make a payment it says an error occurred. So so frustrating to deal with

Pulls my current bill and links me to the loan company too. Not a bad start, hope it goes somewhere a bit more useful, maybe vehicle maintenance scheduling and such. I'll update this as it goes...

Was paying my car payment with no issues. Now the app is saying my location does NOT SUPPORT MOBILE PAYMENTS !!!! What the hell. Wish somebody would fix this problem!!!!!!!!!!!

Wont let me in. keeps saying an error has occured but not telling me what the error is I've been trying this off and on since 2022 I have the right acct number and the rest still not working 😒

Web app is awesome, The company however at least in DFW has zoned areas so if your residence is outside that zone they wont sell to u. Literally told by Tyler tx location they couldn't sell me a car! Ft worth location was closer Drive wise , yet they wouldn't sell to me. The Finance mgr in dallas wants my vehicle back so bad to resell, if I'm a hour late the day my pymt is due I'm td they are going to pick it up. I've purchased 3 cars in the past, but Mgrs where amazing. USE TO BE.. DONT BUY HE

I was able to make payments through the app but now it won't let me it keeps saying that the account is disabled for my zip code. Not very professional of a business to make it hard to make payments on a vehicle.

Continuing to give me an error when trying to make my payment so back to calling, it's an inconvenience and annoying to have to run all the steps to pay car payment when will the issue will be fixed . I only gave this 1 star

This app sucks. I have it on two different phones and neither of them work. I try to log in and it says there's an error. How do you expect me to make payments if I can't even access the app? It feels like it's done on purpose at this point. Why switch from the old app that worked to this one that's actual junk?

Be very very very careful or you'll make a double or triple payment because app DOES NOT update after you make a payment. I have to check my bank account balance every single time. Update 5/2/24. App still sucks, beware of making a double payment!! Update 8/1/24. App STILL sucks!! Beware of making a double payment.

Well I am quite upset !! I went with a trade in and a down payment I needed in a hurry and my fault I didn't read the small print. But boy did they get one or shall I say 2 over on me . They are charging me double for the car. Example , the car value Kelley Blue Book is about 7,500 however Byrider is changing g me 15,000 for the used car. It looked nice on the outside but the interior is soon stained up ot is terrible and embarrassing told me They would send it out to get cleaned never did!!

It says put birthday in and the app doesn't give you an option for / to make nit the right "format ".... who comes up with this stuff and doesn't make sure it works lol. Something as simple as a / can stop you from proceeding. Outstanding job tech team give these guys a round of 👏👏👏👏 still 🗑

My app has been working fine for the past year until these new people took over or replaced the other workers, now my account has been disabled for the last month. It's a lot more convenient then calling because a majority of the time they don't answer, but let your payment be late they will find anyway possible to contact you then.

Good for people with bad credit..but the payment's are a little to high..when I bought the vehicle I was told the oil changes were free for three years,well when it came time to change oil they told me it was not so that was the old policy,well I think they should ohner what I was told when I bought the vehicle, because that's a selling point .MISSLEADING!!!!!

They called me texted me for about 3 weeks so was like maybe they ok. What a big disappointment They sent me a letter that they unable to approve my request. Excessive obligation in relation to income. I only got 3 bills rent , Wi-Fi, Light bill like $30 I have bought 7 cars never had a repossession credit score 736. They are ridiculous I'm so happy do not be approved. The way you guys bug me everyday, wasted my time I kept telling her I did not want to buy a car.
