This app is awful. I only use it once or twice a year. But, EVERY TIME that I try to use it, it won’t recognize my password. I’ve updated it to no avail. You can’t even reset your password w/o( wait for it)…..unless you type in your username and ….. Password! Dumb. Same trouble, everytime.

Didn’t work the first time I used it. I tried several steps to fix, but nothing helped. Support staff reached out quickly and it is now working. The fix suggested was actually something I had already done. I think it just took some time (2 days) for my account to get set in their system.

I’ve used the app for years and until the last update I absolutely loved it. I would submit claims from my kids and husband without issue. Now, when I try to upload a document in locked l kicked out to the login screen. It’s made submitting supporting docs difficult.

It takes 2-3 weeks to mail your cards, so in the meantime, you have no proof of insurance. I’m not sure why I can’t automatically pull that information up in your app. That essentially makes your app useless.

It’s a really helpful and useful app. The AI helper isn’t very good, so you have to use your brain a little when you need, for example, an insurance card. Things are where you would expect them, and it’s well organized. I haven’t really had any problems.
