Horrible! Not one access code has worked. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. No help. After giving a one star review, I received notice that the app was having system problems and has been corrected. The access code worked great the first time I tried it this morning. :) Upgrading to 3 stars until I use the app for a while.

If I do a transaction on my laptop nothing changed on the app. Neither is or google apps work. I don't have confidence in your IT skills. I can't find the status of my HSA reimbursement request.
I'd give negative stars if possible. They send general requests for documentation, which they ignore and then if you call they'll ask for info that is not on the email sent to you in the first place. Then if you upload info in the app, there is not confirmation to show documents uploaded unless it counts to have a rep tell you when you call to confirm. Then eventually they'll take the money out of your paycheck so do yourself a favor and make a hard pass on this.
Really wish it would let me rate zero stars. This company is the absolute worst. I uploaded verification for 2021 expenses NUMEROUS times on the app and they keep saying I didn't submit it. Now they are saying I owe money and locked my card. I filed an appeal a week ago...have heard nothing. If you don't already have an FSA with them DON'T DO IT. Not worth the few pennies you'll save in taxes. So many of my coworkers with same issue employer had to create special email to deal with complaints.
The app works when it isnt busy logging me out of my account and fighting me when I try getting back in. You still dont need access to my camera and microphone but it hasnt stopped you from giving yourself access to them that I then had to revoke. Thats just what Im allowed to revoke. You also access my phone records, my files, my photos and so on WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! If I didnt need this trash app for my benefits from work then it simply would not be on my phone.
This app is awful. I only use it once or twice a year. But, EVERY TIME that I try to use it, it won't recognize my password. I've updated it to no avail. You can't even reset your password w/o( wait for it).....unless you type in your username and ..... Password! Dumb. Same trouble, everytime.

This app is pitiful. It does nothing more than show the website in a window. Completely unnecessary and adds another layer of navigation complexity. Also the permissions requested are a privacy nightmare. It runs in the background on startup, can record audio, take pictures, read your files and pictures, your call information, and download all files without any notification. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
This app has highly invasive permissions, most of which aren't necessary. Just about everything you try to do in app opens your web browser and requires you to log into the site anyway, so there very little point in using this app, unless for some reason your usage case includes not keeping your cards in your wallet/purse. I can see that being handy in case you lose your wallet or purse, but that's nowhere near a good enough reason to allow the invasion of privacy this app claims it needs.
Didn't work the first time I used it. I tried several steps to fix, but nothing helped. Support staff reached out quickly and it is now working. The fix suggested was actually something I had already done. I think it just took some time (2 days) for my account to get set in their system.
this company sucks. I dont recommend using it. you are better off opening a savings account and spending your money as needed for medical stuff. this company also requires unnecessary receipts. and they also close your account if they question a purchase. it's just a scam . do yourself a favor and just open a savings account. my choice is literally a joke /scam

I've used the app for years and until the last update I absolutely loved it. I would submit claims from my kids and husband without issue. Now, when I try to upload a document in locked l kicked out to the login screen. It's made submitting supporting docs difficult.
LOVE this app!! super easy to navigate and see what my benefits are or what my mychoice balances are. any time I am requested to upload documentation for a transaction, I can easily download the EOB from my insurance company and turn around and upload it to the exact transaction in question. once uploaded, I basically forget about it. couple weeks later take a peak and all is good. not sure how some users struggle with it and give 1 star ratings, this app is easier to navigate then Facebook is!
Very easy and convenient to use! Also very responsive to any changes that occur with my benefits. The fact that it can handle card deactivation/ctivation is a huge bonus!
It takes 2-3 weeks to mail your cards, so in the meantime, you have no proof of insurance. I'm not sure why I can't automatically pull that information up in your app. That essentially makes your app useless.
Awful app. Try to sign in and it says "error. We're having trouble finding data. Retry." Somewhere along those lines. Click on retry and keeps popping up with the same message. Went to play store, it showed I need to update. Did that and tried to sign in, and nothing but a blank screen. So I restarted my phone and still a blank screen. I don't understand why companies have you use an app that doesn't work. Ridiculous.
It's a really helpful and useful app. The AI helper isn't very good, so you have to use your brain a little when you need, for example, an insurance card. Things are where you would expect them, and it's well organized. I haven't really had any problems.
Greatly disappointed with the service! I have no access to the $1000 that were taken out of my own pays, because they're disputing a claim for a hospital bill, for which I have uploaded documents already. My card is suspended so I can't use it, and I don't even know if the bill in question was paid. I have submitted questions thru the app several times with no response... wont enroll next year!! to have no access to my own money for more than 3 months now is counterproductive to the whole idea!
App is USELESS. Too many error messages, then... After FINALLY being able to register for a new account, you can't even log in because you either get a different error message or "wrong username/password" message. It's frustrating and I really wish the employer would've just stayed with the previous company we had for our FSA. Also, logging in from a desktop using their website is useless as well. "Business Solver/MyChoice" isn't solving any problems and certainly wasn't my choice. Garbage.
