Absolutely the worst experience, been next in line over an hour wait and then got canceled and have been next in line for over an hour again. I'd recommend going elsewhere.

The app is very convenient and easy to navigate. Every one is very kind and pleasant at the office. if you need a Dr. this is the place to go.

It only connects to the site. Might as well use the web. Things that are new or pending aren't always easy to find. Uninstalled.

Ever since updating app I am not able to log in. The app opens, but whenever I try to open the login info it crashes. I've tried reinstalling and no success.

Extremely helpful and useful app, all in one allows message, appointment schedule, and history in one location without having to call the Doc!

I cannot enable location based check-in because it says I must select "all the time" app access to location but I do not have that option. Please fix.

The app works great, but I guess I'm just upset that this "nonprofit" hospital system finds so many new ways to charge me for something. Can't even message a Doctor without possibly being charged. If my son's doctor wasn't the best I'd abandon the CC ship. I have a UH Doctor now (personally) and I can reach him without fear of paying unless I need to be seen.

I was told I need to create an Express Care visit using this app. So I run it... and it just sits there on the blue logo screen. Uninstall, reinstall, clear storage, reboot phone, none of it helps. Thanks a lot. Pixel 6a

I find the app difficult to use. If you get notifications you have msgs, you should see a link to msgs right on your home screen. Today I couldn't find a link to messages. I finally found a link under info?

Since one of the latest updates, the app will pop up randomly asking me to log back in (occurs when open in background). It is maddening. I will be typing a message and suddenly I'm pressing MyChart buttons. PKEASE fix this.

This app needs to bring it to 21st century.... Maybe good for 3rd world but for sure not program for modern day use..... Try to find dr its very very limited, 90% times inbox fail to open, limited options with very slow response....

I get a message to update the Cleveland clinic app in order to do telemedicine. This function is particularly important to me, as I'm disabled. I went to the play store and it's not showing an update available. This is a very difficult app anyway and I can't afford medicine and medical treatment. Definitely, don't need the aggravation.

App works good except the location services can't be turned on for all the time causing an issue with using the Appointment Arrival tool. The manifest for the application needs to be updated to request the permission.

Invaluable app for me and anyone who has any kind of medical problems, especially complex medical issues, are on a lot of meds, have lots of providers, etc. I always try to select providers who use MyChart so they have easy and accurate access to all my medical info.

When the on-demand virtual visits app first came out it was great I used it relatively frequently. Once they switched to this I've never been able to get the virtual visits to work. I can't even start the process.

Something needs to be done about the valet & parking situation at main campus: I suggest firing the current parking/valet company (their attitude is awful) & putting the contract up for bid; also consider satellite parking with shuttle service.Even arriving 1 HOUR before our scheduled arrival time doesn't guarantee being on time for appointments. This morning, we waited over 30 minutes just to drive across Euclid Ave to enter the parking circle & valet parking.

This app password change doesn't work. I'm always unable to login, and when I get a code texted to me to change the password the app freezes every time. Invest in a better app development company

Their is absolutely no where to add or update insurance information or send the billing department a message. It is horrible to stay on the phone with them for an hour and still not know if the problem has been resolved before getting disconnected.

You have to allow all location permissions to be able to do a virtual appointment, but my options do not include "allow all." Choosing "allow while in use" (the only allow option available to me) results in just spinning. Totally worthless.

Since "UPDATED" I can't login! Thanks!!! You have effectively screwed me out of getting to my medical info through this process!! Your "APP" SUCKS!! I have to use my computer to login via the website download because you guys went and updated the app with some screwy script that don't compute!! Again thanks!!
