Great idea, execution makes it useless. You need it, like, twice a year. But you didn't open it in a while, you need to enter a password each time, which is hard to remember for something that you use twice a year. App doesn't store it for that long, even if you ask it to. So every time I try and use this app, it takes a password reset, a few emails to myself, a few texts, a password reset... Easier to go get that wallet.

Don't bother with this app. Facemapping does NOT WORK (and it isn't for your security, anyway: it's for facial-recognition databasing) - regardless whether you're on a T3 connection, have a top-tier phone and are standing in broad daylight. Less hassle and faster to actually go in person to whatever governmental office you're trying to get service from. Unusable and worthless.
This app worked when I first got it, but not anymore. I can't login. When I enter my username and password it sends me a verification text message with a code to enter. I enter the code and a green screen shows up saying "Authenticated" but nothing happens. The only thing I can do is return to the login screen again, and the cycle just repeats.
The app is fine, the customer service is not. I was using fingerprint login for so long and then it just disappeared and there is a way to retrieve password but no way to retrieve username. So I just can't log in anymore. I've called and called, and sent several feedback messages through the app asking for help, and no response. Terrible customer service!!!! I have no id until they wake up or something and it's been over a week.
Great way to have important state-issued documents in one place, especially since digital copies of them are apparently lawful ID within the State, IF the app worked properly. It does not, at least not for long. It was working fine, then it started requiring a new sign-in each time I wanted to access my vaccination record, which would be fine; except the app will not allow me to access the fields and fill-in the necessary fields to sign in. In short, it has become totally and utterly useless!
I am really struggling with this app. First, both my husband and I discovered that vaccine record fell out of the app and neither of us were unable to reload it. We both emailed support and have had zero response. Now it has lost our user names and we are unable to log in. This app is a great idea and it's great when it works. But it's poorly implemented and it seems that releases and so-called bug fixes are not tested at all. Such a disappointment. Get it together, Colorado... Please!!!!
Same issues as so many others. I installed it months ago and couldn't set up an account. That was apparently resolved and I was able to set up an account today. Tried taking the three required photos half a dozen times only to be told they are not acceptable. There were also another half dozen attempts where the app stalled or quit and I lost progress after taking one or more of the photos. Maybe I will try again in another few months but this app has eaten up hours trying to set up to no avail.
App is completely non-functional. It took 10+ attempts to verify my account and now that it finally did none of the buttons on the "wallet" page are functional. They recognize the tap but don't do anything. I've tried all the usual steps. Clearing storage and cache, uninstall reinstall, reboot phone, all of it. I tried going to their chat support in the app and it opens a support web page. When I try to initiate a chat session, it says "failed to send." Wow.
Very cool concept, execution is not great. I love the idea of having all my important state documents (driver's license, registration, vaccine records etc) in one format and in one place. However, getting to that info can be difficult because of UI issues with the app itself. For the past week, I've been unable to pull up my vaccine record because the fields where you enter your name/DOB just show "null" and can't be edited. Tried uninstall and reinstall, but still can't edit those fields.
Was great for the brief time I used it (though the set up process was unnecessarily redundant and complex). Now I cannot log in at all; the app insists my username or password is incorrect, despite the fact that I have it saved in a password manager and it is character for character exactly the same as I created it. I tried to reset, and the app never sent any kind of code or message to do that. It's a nice idea, but the execution is fatally flawed.
I liked this app when I first used it. Was quick and easy to set up my vax card which was specifically required for an event I went to. But when I changed phones and installed the app two weeks ago I was hardly able to use anything. It would just hang at loading after log in. Now some things are back and the menu is fully restored, so I can see my digital id. But I can't access my vax card or reinstate it, when trying to input my info, the keyboard doesn't come up, info stays null, etc.
Waste of time. Took several tries to get to point where it had supposedly set up my account. But when I try and log in it asks me to enter the code I received. I enter the code the enter. I get a green check box saying it was authenticated...but then nothing...and only option is to go back arrow which takes you back to the log in screen...and then the cycle starts over again.
The app would be nice if it worked consistently. I log in and it eventually lets me and works. Time goes by (how often will you use an app like this? Probably not every day) and try to open it again. It prompts me to unlock the app with biometrics. I do and then it promptly logs me out and makes me start over again. If this app is to be useful, it needs to be accessible quickly when I do need it. Spending 5 minutes getting it to log in when I need it makes it useless.
3 stars because I can't do 3.5 and do to the issues the verification code presents with logging in and because the live chat agents seem to like to disconnect themselves instead of asking my very simple, direct questions. When it's working though, 5 stars, especially if you're prone to losing your id a lot. Just be aware, it will take a verification code to log in, so it takes a minute. But switching contact information is pretty easy, despite the chat agents. So, still really useful.
I've been fighting with customer service for weeks just to get logged into my account. How hard is it to just send a verification code? Apparently, it's not hard at all, cause once they finally did, they sent me several in a row... none of which worked. I tried resending a verification code and it didn't work either. After several more attempts and more back and forth with CS, the app immediately made me input a different code and sent me multiple of those as well. I got in but I hate this app
06/28/25 update: still just the worst app. I have renewed my DL but it isn't updated in the app. it was updated before but not now. 11/24/21 update: still doesn't work but now for different reasons. I can't type ANYTHING into the fields to find my vax record. Reported to their feedback system but all still is the same. Tried three times to upload photos. First two were somehow unacceptable, even though all text could be read. The last time it just crashed and wanted me to start over.
Everything was great... my ID, fishing license and vaccine card were all loaded, then I did the update. Big mistake. Now I cannot access my vaccine card and it won't let me put the info in to retrieve it. Wish I could go back to the prior version. So I decided to delete the app and reinstall. Now I'm just stuck in an endless loop of logging in and putting in the code they send me. It will not allow me to actually the app. This app is completely useless.
Same issue as everyone else is describing they're having. I emailed customer support, and surprisingly got a immediate response to my issue. I did as instructed, and unfortunately wished I would've read the reviews for the app first before uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Now all my saved documents/information is gone unless I create an account. Why would I want to create an account to access my information when I already have one!! App was nice when it worked, but now it's worthless.
8/6/23 still stinks. I have to re login too often, with three verification codes in the process. Update- I reinstalled the app to give it another try. It's been more stable and hasn't lost all my data lately. But logging in is a real pain in the neck. ----- I really want to like this app. It generally works pretty well, and has good uses, with drivers licenses, vaccine cards, etc.
