am very unhappy with my score,because I have very good credit ,never carry a balance,and pay my bills on time. carry a healthy checking account balance ,plus a savings balance.

Kind of pointless. It only reports VantageScore, which no one uses and can be had from CreditKarma more conveniently. This app needs updated to either offer FICO instead or both. Disappointing.

app wouldn’t let me sign in, so I rated 1 star. I called the customer service number and they fixed everything super quick. thanks so much. this app is amazing!

Worst app and website ever. They’ve been a pain in the butt for me since 2022. Every time I try to log into my account, they say that there was an error and calling them makes matters worse because they can’t solve the issue

There is no way to reregister biometric authentication after switching to a new phone as the passkeys don’t move to the new phone and you can’t do anything in the app to correct it.

Seems good so far, but please change the name. Putting “my” in front of an app name does not make the app easier to find when you need it in a hurry. Just the opposite.

The services are basic and information inside the app isn’t useful. Of all three, this one is the worst. useless. it’s geared towards selling a $20 a month service.

I would give it ZERO stars if I could. I installed the app without any problem. WhenI tried to log in, I got a very non-specific error and a notice saying that I had to call their suppport line. Incidentally, their ‘live’ support is worse than this app, if that is even possible.

Don’t Even Bother. Get Experian. the app doesn’t work. the website doesn’t work. you will spend a minimum of 3 hours on the phone with non-english speakers that read straight from a script when you can’t log in and access any of your information, reset the password, or do basically anything.
