am very unhappy with my score, because I have very good credit ,never carry a balance, and pay my bills on time. carry a healthy checking account balance ,plus a savings balance.
Reviews for myEquifax
Kind of pointless. It only reports VantageScore, which no one uses and can be had from CreditKarma more conveniently. This app needs updated to either offer FICO instead or both. Disappointing.
app wouldn't let me sign in, so I rated 1 star. I called the customer service number and they fixed everything super quick. thanks so much. this app is amazing!
Worst app and website ever. They've been a pain in the butt for me since 2022. Every time I try to log into my account, they say that there was an error and calling them makes matters worse because they can't solve the issue
There is no way to reregister biometric authentication after switching to a new phone as the passkeys don't move to the new phone and you can't do anything in the app to correct it.
Good tool for managing my credit score and credit file. Easy to navigate the app. Get in the know and become credit wise today. Download the myequafax app today! Invest in your financial well-being. It's free and easy to start.
Seems good so far, but please change the name. Putting "my" in front of an app name does not make the app easier to find when you need it in a hurry. Just the opposite.
The services are basic and information inside the app isn't useful. Of all three, this one is the worst. useless. it's geared towards selling a $20 a month service.
Lovely basic Equifax report information and options to pay for a subscription for many many services they produce in which others would charge ten folds for which is also nice. including but not limited to dark web searches of your information, duplicated information, easier ways to dispute, options to all three credit bureaus, monitoring support, lost wallet assistance, identity restoration, credit report locks, identity insurance, alerts, stolen fund replacements, all in one spot and ofc T&Cs
I am starting to enjoy working with Equifax I think my credit score which is 624 right now would be considered fair. I am looking to have my score be 850 to 900 really soon. I don't want to have to keep contacting CFPB and the FTC about my accounts. I just need for Equifax to keep making corrections to my account. My score should always be increasing never decreasing. If a company does not provide actual physical documentation then the account must be removed.
