so far so good I Love that I can play my free games & to have this phone as a backup to find my other phone because I'm always miss placing it 😊 now I can call on this phone to find it thanks for your generosity in helping me as I'm a disabled person and with all the meds I take I have a lot of senior moments God Bless 🙏🏾
This is the best experience I have had with a mobile phone service . The agent Gerson was very professional and kind. I am looking forward to be with GenMobile for many years to come and the App is simple to use .
l am a customer, and can't use myaccount because of security reasons. Can someone please help with trying to reach customer service to fix many security issues on my device.
So far, I haven't had any issues with the service. My phone can be pretty slow at times - but I assume that's mainly because it only has 32G of storage to begin with. Lol.
my only issue is I never know nothing about my data usage I get no assistance it is a very big discomfort is there something that you guys can do to improve that issue because I have noticed that there is a lot of a lot of replies and that they're having the same issue

very good app. the only thing that's annoying is I can't read how the data is used on the app itself. the usage needs to be more simplified more than it is. but besides that ok. gen Mobile is one of the best LL plans I've had since the government phone program was stopped.
i have ran out of data and phone calls are not permitted even though I have the Lifeline program. I paid 10.00 to add calls to my phone and I still can't use it. I missed calls from my employer. Very unacceptable for my service to be interrupted after I paid to have service.
I been getting 611 for service AT&T I noticed that a lot of these phones are easy to break into and hackers be stealing my personal information criminals are all about stealing cellphones and SIM cards. You should have authority look into your service.
my experience so far is pretty great except the fact that they don't offer unlimited data other then that its great service
