Terminal mother has been in hospital for 13 days. I've had to reach out twice to support and have them sync the records. When asking if I need to message them every time for an update (lab reports, imaging) I was told they are experiencing issues and to reach out to medical records at the hospital for updates. Absolutely wild seeing this is mostly the purpose of having the app. No updates in 6 days. Clearing cache and using different browser does nothing.

I was using this but I don't know what health insurance is with like the main company and I know it works with Medicare but that doesn't help. what is it does it work with or is it part of Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield because I'm getting ready to uninstall it but I just want to make sure so I hope somebody makes a response real quick

ive been using a different health record app associated with another hosp. had to get this one because of a surgery at a another hosp and so far I'm disappointed. this morning all the reports were there when I opened the app it now, and for days before, it said records needed to load and could take several minutes and that I'd be alerted when finished. I have yet to see them load after that message or be alerted that it was done. also I see no place to view x-rays which my other app has.

I have loved this app up until about a week or so ago. I had logged in to check on my last blood draw levels and I got all the way to the part where you can click on that days blood draw and it kicks me all the way out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still can't look at any records or results. Once this issue is fixed I would most definitely give it at least 4 stars. The reason for that is that the app is slow to load records once you click on what you want.

it is too difficult to work because it doesn't tell you which facility or which doctors you see and I see three main specialists and I am just trying to fill out for my doctors for this morning and I can't get it done because this programming is too difficult

it's not working since there was an update can't log in any more

So much easier than filling a form with a bunch of papers

The only record in here was the ER diagnostic results, nothing else..nothing on hospital stay.

the app hasn't been working for two days now. They should state when they're having issues.

easy-to-use, but I don't like it when it goes to the internet. its an app it shouldn't do that. keep info in the app.

Terrible. It's irrelevant that it's not at all intuitive because nothing works anyway. I've spent countless hours trying to deal with it and gained nothing but frustration. A pointless waste of time.

I'm having error messages when trying to log out and when I'm trying to look at medical records.

why doesn't RMH results ER visits show? Worst experience ever. it was like a Circus with only One good show, person. The Nurse that helped get my IV in. The rest was a terrible joke. And the Dr. wynn didn't put my results on here. I gave it a one Star for the Nurse that seemed to be the only friendly and very knowledgeable skills there.

Very average layout. links lead to webpages and payment page which is hard to get past. No match to MyChart.

I can't access my records!!! I was discharged on July 19, 2025 and my records still not on the portal. EXTREMELY AGGRAVATING! All my insurance stuff is at a complete stand still bc I can't forward the documents they are requesting

When I access the app and try to get medicine refilled, it can't get my Doctors name to appear. The health portal on my phone and computer does the same thing. I call and they say "yeah, it doesn't work very good" and then take my medicine order. Very frustrating.

this app doesn't work. won't let you log in. keep getting error message saying "can't process your request at this time". called support and he had me reset my password. I can log in on a computer at their website but the android app on my phone still won't let me log in. totally useless POS. Whoever created this nightmare needs to be fired and a new portal app created.

This app has a time limit for entering registration. It will tell you it is going to redirect you to the sign-in portal and then will not let you resign in. It will tell you that the portal is closed. Please work on this issue. I am advocating for seniors. Sometimes, we need more than 10 minutes to find all the information you are requesting for the original sign-up information. Very frustrating, to say the least.

Crashes constantly. Then, I tried to log back in for the zillionth time and put in the wrong code. Now it's saying I can't log in for 24 HOURS!!! And the call center is closed. I need to look through these medical records. If it's going to have constant bugs, don't make the time limit an entire day! Garbage app

There is health information that should be on my account that is not and there is old outdated information that has been corrected a couple of times now during intake to hospital stays. There needs to be a way that the patient can update certain categories of information such as medications, allergies (mine is completely wrong) and others. I have also each time a test has been done after a couple of weeks of no results showing had to report the problem in order to get the results entered.
