getting answers from the 800 number is the hard sometimes. then they get you to another extension that can answer the question and then another extension that can't answer the question with the emphasis are not answering the question

This app when you tap to get information takes to long to load.When I'm at my appointment I don't want to wait 5-10 minutes to bring up my information for the staff and the phone is new. I will give it a few tries but three strikes your uninstall.

RIDICULOUS. First an email that there is important info for me and ask you to sign in with name and password. I enter them. They email you a one time code. I go back to enter the code but the sign in page is there, no place to enter the code because they want you to sign in again, again, again. Tried 6 times. Ridiculous, and they care about my health?

AWFUL! Looking for closest lab, location is on, shows 64, all alphabetical, not distance, tried sorting within 5 miles, wouldn't work, signed out multiple times, tried to search Quest, select directions and a Dr Null orthopedist shows up.... so frustrating. I'm going to need a cardiologist to prescribe blood pressure meds due to attempting to use your app:-( ALSO,when I selected app feedback option a few times, it showed an error message that it "stopped working".... can vent here instead

This is, without a doubt, the absolute worst app I have to use! It constantly refuses to let me log into my account even though I am following their instructions....time after time after time. And then calling them for help gets you bounced around trying to find someone to help. If I could change providers I would just because of the website and their constant robocalls. Absolutely worthless!

Reviewing this for tablet. The phone app I think is a little better. Tried to use the card on groceries at Winn Dixie (on the list of eligible stores) They don't take the Humana Flex card anymore. The cashier said they used to (they are on the eligible list of stores). Left and went to Publix, the take this card but not at the self checkouts, and not with an additional form of payment if there is not enough $$ on the card. (says it does). I spent most of my time at the service desk

Centerwell pharmacy's app fails on so many levels. My wife and I have had to re-enter our separate information six times each, with the end result being it still refuses to accept payment info. Customer service won't answer waiting 20min a pop being told wait time is 30 seconds over and over. Then on top of all this they lost all my info and then raised my total cost. The only reason I give them a one rating, is because the zero is not an option..... The Humana app isn't much better. No way to

EVERY TIME I come back my password is wrong changed it 12 times already and you can't use a password you already used...if it knows I USED IT why won't it let me login with it??? Update It appears my Humana app and go365 app use the same login and I kept changing one and then could not login to the other and it just kept snowballing. Seems fine now. Would like to see a "keep logged in" or pin number so I don't have to type password every time I check stats.

Well, I was using the app as a new member. Only a month into my using it, I can't. Why? The app has a "bug" and keeps crashing. "Clear Cache"? Sure. Keeps crashing. "Update App"? Okay. Crashes still. "Uninstall. Reinstall"? Look, it's still crashing. App is officially unusable. I guess it was good while it lasted?
