dealer sent in info,and I got an email from infiniti to send ownership docs. I sent ins card and they emailed me back and told me I was verified and i could register. which I did. then app asked me for ownership docs again. and I sent again. now they say they can't read it and I need to call. I sent them emails, letting them I was already approved. I can never remember to call before 8. this sucks. I am NOT impressed with infiniti at all. not like my experience with cadillac. buyers remorse!

I have called customer service, and I pay for the premier services. This was a waste of my money and time. Looking at other reviews, I am not the only one experiencing this.
The app works when it wants!! Today can't start, can't lock, can't locate, can't refresh. NOTHING!! The days it do work it says my truck is still running & the truck is OFF!! Need to fix the app or go back to the old app used before this was the replacement. Much better then
The app does not execute any functions. Engine start, lock/unlock doors, turn on lights, nothing works. All I get is that action failed message. It worked fine for the first few weeks after installing the app. But then it stopped working completely.
It is not nearly as good as the 3rd party one I had years ago called Viper. But as far as being able to start your car from blocks / miles away, not bad. But the fact that I can't have my existing settings turn on when started, they lost 2 stars.
Glitchy is an understatement. My Mitsubishi and Kia apps are way better. My spouse has the exact same issues I do with the Nissan app. It fails 75% of the time to start the car and about 50% of the time locking the door. I find it absolutely stupid that you can start your car with the app or the keychain but the heated seat doesn't come on even though it comes on after you press start. What's the point if I still get into a cold car? A luxury brand app should be better, given I paid $70,000.
This app is so slow. If I try to auto start my car or lock the doors using the app it just spins and spins. I end up grabbing my keys to execute the action and by the time I do that the app is still spinning. Regardless if I'm on the network or using WiFi. I'm definitely not going to pay to use this app once the free trial is over. DO NOT waste your money.
App is not consistent. It only works sometimes and most of the time it says that the car had failed to start. Now I keep getting notifications that my car has been located when I never asked to find it and I have service warning about my brakes and the car is not even 2 months old.
Horrible Why am I paying $14 for a app to sometimes work? I wonder who said hey the old one works too good, why dont we go ahead and lets change it to one that doesn't...App half the time wont show the start engine button I just see a picture of my car. If I wanted that I would just google a picture for free. Horrible I had enough and canceled the subscription if thats what I can even call it.
This app stopped working. I've had my car almost a year as of August 22,2023. The app stopped working my SOS light and button stopped working in my QX55. My vehicle has been in the shop since 8/28/23 and it's 9/4/23. I've been told my car need a telemeter repla Ed. Although I was given a very nice QX60 to loan while my car is being repaired. I dint think I'm gonna upgrade or return to the Infiniti brand. The brand seems to be going down. I've been a infiniti owner since 2007.
absolutelhoce the convience of MyInfinity app as I am able to so much with it! Living in Florida where the temperature may not show over a hundred but when you have anywhere from 65% humidity during the night all the way up to 95% on some of those really special days! having the ability to remote start your vehicle and having your a/c blowing cold air so that when you climb into your infinity, the vehicle is nice and cool inside!
This app has got to be one of the worst apps made by any car manufacturer. It is extremely unreliable and works rarely. I've had Infiniti here to my home, and they actually admit it is unreliable. Here is an idea Infiniti, hire a new technology employee with some knowledge on building apps, and yes, Fire whoever is behind this app build. C'mon Man, get your head in the game! $115,000 for a beautiful vehicle, but the worst app ever!
Changed from 1star to 4, the app keeps improving and getting better, thank you for doing this. Like the concept of being able to control most of the car functions and especially like the updates for maintenance schedule. Problem is the app worked for one day and now won't even function. Just keeps saying won't let you sign in, try again later. Even when it was working the app would not start the car unless it had been locked so I would have to lock the car first then tell the app to start.
Pointless App... You're supposed to be able to do things like start your vehicle and lock and unlock the doors. But it doesn't do anything. Doesn't even have that option anywhere in the app. And it doesn't even give you data on the vehicle like oil life, mileage, or fuel level. Ford and Lincoln have a much more intuitive App for their vehicles. Nissan Connect and My Infiniti are useless.
Easily the worst app I've ever used. Car status, eg doors locked/ unlocked, frequently wrong. Unable to communicate with the car even when I'm standing right next to it. Takes an extremely long time to refresh the car status. Just awful.... Update 3/4/23..Appears to be working better now. Vehicle Status and location seem accurate now. Updating is still slow. I'll use and observe for a couple of weeks and report results again.
I pay for this service. the app just opens and then closes. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared out the cache. they got my problem solved. thank you. I changed my rating.
Really shoddy. Hijacks audio when opening, constant logout issues, can't reset error messages like tire pressure so they always appear "new". Blech. Edit after dev reply: No resolution after speaking with the service team.
Continously logs you out,it's annoying. Other than that, the convenience of the app is quite wonderful. From the remote lock and remote start, notifications and the ability to see where your car is parked is great!
I'm disappointed that you can't even use the app unless you pay for the service. I assumed basic functions would be free but no. I believe newer vehicles you get a free trial at least but I bought a pre-owned 2018 QX80 (from an authorized dealer) and that means I didn't get a trial period of the services in the app. It would be nice to at least have that option before signing up for a full subscription.
I've had this app for over a year, and even after an update it still does not work 100% good. Any actions that I select loads for minutes before either crashing and saying it can't be completed or to actually work. I'm giving it only two stars because it works but is annoying that it takes so much time to load and then, surprise!, it can't complete the task.
