Been using MYIO for a couple months now. It’s basically a portal that helps you manage your mental health care. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kinda thing.
Here’s what you do: you can update your personal info, set communication preferences with your provider, review statements, and even pay your bills right in the app. There’s also a community feature where you can connect with others – that’s pretty cool. And the reminders are super helpful, even if it took me a while to figure that part out.

So here's my honest take on MYIO. I've tested a bunch of health apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The core features work well and it's super convenient to manage everything in one place.
