The only beef I have is you have to signing in with email once in awhile and then opt in biometrics. It must have to do with a higher level of security.

I've had to uninstall and reinstall it multiple times, and I still couldn't get through the main screen. I also couldn't get through the payment screen, and my card was charged nine times.

I'm unable to get past verifying my account. When I try to sign in on the app, I keep getting a "server error" message, and on the desktop site it says that my credentials aren't recognized. Punting tech support back to the provider really is unacceptable to me, since they're, you know, not tech support. They work at a psychiatrist office. All they're able to do is send a new sign up link, which just gets me to the same point with the same issue. *this happened the same day I downloaded the app

this app does not want to operate once I open it. I click on the app and the icon just lingers in the middle of the screen and nothing happens. it's such a broken app. I've had the health place that uses the app also complain about how faulty the app is as well.

Honestly, it could be larger so we could read it properly or made to where we can zoom it. So we can see it better to answer the questions. sometimes, I wonder if I answer the questions wrong because I can't see them right? They're so small.

This app is extremely difficult to use. Scroll wheels to select info are laggy and difficult to use with no option to manually enter the information or search. The language selection wheel defaults to the bottom when all common languages are at the top. It took minutes to scroll up to find the language. Even manual number entry is flawed, jumping to the end of the line after one number is keyed. The sign up process questions should have taken me 5 minutes to complete, not 30.

Haven't gotten past setting up my account. I can't use the app to set it up because every time they send me a verification email I have to leave the app to open it, and as soon as I go back into the app (within like 10-20 seconds of leaving it) it closes the screen to put my code in. I then need to go through the process again and again. I have tried 5 times and it keeps doing it. Please fix this as it's very frustrating.

One of the worst apps I have ever encountered. I not able to create new messages, up/download any documents, and/or most recently, I'm not able to respond to any messages because the app keeps deleting my message as I am typing it - not even saving it as a draft. I would leave 0 stars, if possible. Absolutely terrible UI/UX.

I would give it zero stars if I could because I can't login to the app at all. Every time I enter my user name and password, it then prompts me to enter the email address attached to the account. I enter that and get the server error message every single time. I think I've only been able to actually get in the app 1 time. Very useless.

I have had nothing but problems with this app. At first I couldn't sign in . The number set up for birthdate was only achieved by randomly hitting numbers until got to the right one in the right order. I spent hours and days trying tp sign in. I became so frustrated I gave up. Finally had it working and then It won't work again. I type in a message and send it and it disappears. Also when my doctor sends me messages they ate not getting to me either. Pkeaae fix this.

It would be handy if it worked. I have the same problem others have. When I've tried to leave a message, the window keeps randomly closing, and yes I have permissions granted. When I tried to enter credit card information same thing. The window would just close. It's an app with a lot of promise and terrible execution. The browser worked 100% better.

HORRIBLE user interface. Extremely slow, frustrating, and won't let me see a note from my doctor until I verify my gender, ethnicity, language, etc. Also, there is no reason we should have to SCROLL all the way through years for our birth year, when 4 little numbers take 2 seconds to type in. (Yet there is no option for that!) Did a high schooler design this? Seems like it

I'm literally just trying to enter my info to get my appointments started, and it won't go through. The text boxes will glitch out and make it to where you're unable to enter anything in. Also, the app lags the whole time you're using it. It's really frustrating as if a text box glitches, then it means you have to close out the app in order to get it working again. But, since you closed out the app, it makes you restart the whole hassle of entering your info AGAIN!

Provider's office here. This app has caused me so many headaches since the beginning of July. It worked great when we first started using it in January. Now, the appointment scheduler does not show the correct times the providers are available and the clients can't get back into their accounts. I have taken roughly 40 calls a day in regards to clients having issues. I've opened multiple tickets with the vendor and have not gotten one response to help.

Trying to fill out my son's intake forms, I need to be able to log into myio from the PC. When I try, I'm told the sign in information is incorrect, but it works on the phone app. When we try to reset the password we don't get an email, but the email is recognized on the phone app. This is very frustrating, and the forms are way too tedious to fill out from the phone. Appointment is in less that 5 days and I can't access the forms to fill them out appropriately.

I have never been able to log in successfully, and it's keeping me in a loop where as soon as I hit 'next' to log in, it just refreshes the login page. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it's telling me I didn't enter my email address (when I definitely did) and giving me a server error when I try to log in. For something that's supposed to be how I access appointments and invoices for mental health services, the 100% inaccessibility of this app sure is anxiety inducing.

When I need to fill out forms, this app loads the forms, but the font is basically unreadable. It's tiny so they could cut corners and not pony up the dough for a basic zoom function. I have to take a screenshot and then zoom in, go back to the app and then attempt to select a micro sized yes or no. 2024 and that's just unacceptable. There's absolutely no settings. There's no way to contact them to discuss the issues, it's ridiculous.

Doesn't work. I got stuck at the onboarding somewhere over a year ago and no one knows how to fix it. When I request a password reset, I never get any email (not in spam or anywhere). We have triple checked my email address is correct. I am dealing with some really hard stuff right now and it's really making communication more difficult. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy s24. I've tried the app and the desktop way, probably 50 times now. Nope. It hates me. 🥺

this has a lot of problems that need addressing and there isn't enough character to list them all. biggest on it this failed to execute message I get when trying to video chat....😒 I have a bill that keeps growing and no pay option. the biometric sign in does nothing. I can't use a web browser instead of the app with my phone... You can only get into your account via browser on a computer (if you have one) if the app isn't working... ?...😫

video calls function and appointments are accurate and convenient. that said, the email login code thing is obnoxious and it forgets my biometric login credentials every time I exit the app, so that isn't an option. I have to have my headphones paired before logging in or the meeting is blasted on speakerphone -- if I try to pair after the call starts it won't connect to my headphones. even if the app says it's playing to my headphones. a decently convenient app with major bugs.
