While I enjoy the occassional to view my test results, make appointments, check appointments, and communicate with my care team, there are more often times than not when there are internal server errors, broken links, etc which makes doing these things possible. The idea behind the app is a 5, the app itself is no more than a 2.

Buggy, but works. It does a well enough job keeping all my information for me and my family all in one place. Allows me to pre-check-in before the visit. Very buggy. Often gives me error messages and kicks me out of reports and questionnaires (even after fully updated). Recently, the Biometric login just stopped working.

You can't select the amount you want to pay towards bills. It will not accept the amount I am able to pay. Expects everything to paid in full. Most normal people can't afford that. Fill in the e-check-ins and ALWAYS have to fill out same questionnaires at visits anyways. Wastes my time filling it out in the app if I have to do it again on paper.

This app is the biggest waste of time! Half the pages I need to access have error codes!!! You need to have better communication options to account services because the traditional way via phone is pitiful! You call are on hold for over 30 minutes and if you use the call back option all you get is a recording to call the same number you were on hold on? Horrible customer service. Their accounts service department is worthless..

When the app works as intended, it's really convenient. Scheduling, online checkin, etc are perfect. There are occasional glitches where the system fails to forward prescription refill requests & this causes delays a couple times a year. My meds aren't life/death critical, but it would be better if the system was as efficient as my excellent care providers are when I see them.

App only works half the time and gives me a Server 500 error often when I try to view billing or messages. Most of the time I can't load pictures on the app which (most of the time) is why I need to use the messaging system in the app. When it works, it's super easy to navigate and easy to pull up information on me and my family.

I give you guys a one-star because it says an error has occurred with the server, therefore it isn't working, so I'm unable to fill medications, can't make appointments, or look at any of my records, lab results or anything else. your app is less than subpar. Also, can you turn my picture right side up, it used to be portrait mode to where you can see it correctly now it's in landscape mode sideways, not cool man please fix promptly, and then that will determine whether I fix my review promptly

I use to love MyMercy, now since they've worked it, Messages and After visit Summaries keep giving 500 errors or internal errors and its very frustrating. It takes like 7 tries before i can retrieve a message. I do believe they are continuing to try to iron everything out. Sure hope they are! Because if they do, I absolutely find the app wonderful, very useful, and helpful to have access too, many other times we need it.

Nice app....when it works. I've never had an app that has so many server errors. Now my password isn't working. Mercy seems to be struggling lately perhaps it's time to move on. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled and still have the same server issues. This is horrible because I'm a senior citizen and need to access my medical records. There is no number to call either!

Program itself is good, Mercy Health's personalizations are a pain, especially that it cannot be accessed from 11pm to 7am EVERY NIGHT, no matter what! Crashes mid operation are also a frequent problem. Many times, it just says an error occurred just after doing the SAME thing. Generally could be far more helpful than it is. Mercy IT dept. it is time to do it right, instead of messing it up, and having the extended no operation during the night!
