Reviews for MyMountSinai

The intention of the app, as the features imply, is very good. But doctors don't seem to use it or reply to questions and messages, and there is no link to "app help" or feedback. Mt Sinai phone systems encourage patients to leave physician messages in the app. I've left repeated messages for several different doctors over the last year and have received silence in response.

Great way to contact my Doctors, easy to ask for medication refills. Quick way to see your test results and check out your appointments. If I forget or want to cancel my appointments instead of calling the office, I simply open up the App and check. I gave it 5 stars.

As a techy, and a designer, Mt. Sinai did it right, they've keep everything super relevant and easy to use. As a hospital app, I was expecting ads, and irrelevant redirects, ect ect ect. However, it's intuitive, easy to digest, and make it pleasant to, want to use and keep up with your health status. I personally don't wait till I get sick to see my doctors, I choose to see my doctor monthly, and it's great I can review my records, and research on my own, so I am on the same page all the time

Although the newest version has a few nice tweaks, the pass code login screen needs some serious revision. The black numbers on the light and dark blue background are very difficult to see and where the pass code fills in it is impossible to see. My cell phone is a Samsung S21 operating on the latest OS.

Never had issues. I love how you see your test results and messages to your doctors when you need to.

1. Never remembers my password even though I leave the box checked. 2. When I click on push notification re new item, the app opens, it is blank except for error message: the organization is not found. When I reopen the app, it is no longer blank but the item of which I was notified cannot be found.

This app was working perfect then one day, I tried to log in and I'm not able to do so. It's telling Me "having trouble connecting to a network server." I'm not sure what's the issue but I'm just going to use it through the mychart app instead of it's separate app. I'm not sure what issues the main app is having but it's to be fixed. Totally disappointed.

Easy to use. Ican find test results. Message my doctor's through this app. Which is a preferred means of communication. I would like to be able to print out certain things or send them to someone. Both of those things do not seem to be possible through your app. Mount Sinai is a wonderful practice to participate in. Every doctor I have been referred to has been top notch. Service is top notcn. Nedical practice is superior.

What's not to love about this? I played around with the app quite a bit between appointments just trying to see how it worked and it was pretty fun. The UI is adorable. It's really easy to use. I can get in touch with my doctors really easily. My test results and appointments are front and center so they're impossible to miss. The notifications are unobtrusive and never about marketing. The only thing I could nitpick is that the login biometric scanner will confuse first time/older users.

Can't change insurance cards. Even after calling for help & walking through instructions. 2x can not happen.. Unbelievable!! Do not respond unless bad review. Then they call real quick the Dr's office.. Still have to call for script refills & confirm. Not much help from help line with billing. So over it. Can not pre-register for last 2 appt.
