Great way to contact my Doctors, easy to ask for medication refills. Quick way to see your test results and check out your appointments. If I forget or want to cancel my appointments instead of calling the office, I simply open up the App and check. I gave it 5 stars.

Can’t change insurance cards. Even after calling for help & walking through instructions. 2x can not happen.. Unbelievable!! Do not respond unless bad review. This is a great app. I love the ability to see my doctors notes and lab values. My doctors also communicate with me when needed.

Easy to navigate and keep all of my health related information in one place. It’s also very helpful for communicating with my doctors and making the needed appointments. By far the best patient portal I’ve used.

Very useful. I like seeing my test results and the graphs that are displayed showing acceptable ranges. Is very easy to message doctors and re-order medications w/o having to call. The check in is also very easy and saves time when going to the office.

Constantly fails to load and gives error messages. Doesn’t incorporate my information from other sources like it claims to be able to. The things that do load take forever. These aren’t minor inconveniences. It is a SIGNIFICANT failure of the healthcare system.
