Novant MyChart is the very best way to stay in touch with your entire care team. It has everything on it and doesn't take a lot of time to learn how to use it. I have 9 doctors and 25 meds to keep straight. All have to do is send a short message to my doctor and get a reply the same way. Most doctors have a nurse managing their messages on MyChart as well as all my test results and related matters like blood work etc. I was dumb to what all was going on but now I feel like a pro.
Reviews for MyNovant
← Back to MyNovant"Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in." Can not sign in, at any time making E-Visits useless via this app. I see from other reviews I'm not the only one with this issue.
Easy to access everything you need. I just wish it was less confusing on how to schedule an E-Visit by using the menu. But other than that very user friendly.
Update: Every single time I need to open this app, it MUST be updated and won't open until I do. If I'm in a hurry, I don't even try and just go to my browser. One isn't always on a good signal area or on wifi and this is beyond frustrating it has to be fixed all the time.
I loved this app. But ever since they "updated" it, it doesn't work at all. I can log into the mychart site just fine, but it doesn't have half the access that I need during my hospital stays. This needs to be fixed.
My chart is absolutely the best app when it comes to appointment reminders, medication refills, health summaries, past history visits, and my absolute favorite being able to send messages to all my providers al9ng with scheduling my own appointments
I am not able to see past appointments. What I see on my app is different to the tutorial. It does not seem worthwhile to have the app. The hospital encourages you to have and use the app, why? Useless. I spoke with one of the techs today, and he told me the reason I am not able to see information was because I was using my phone and not a computer. I went onto my computer and ended up with the same result. What a load of nonsense. The tech was was as good as the app.
Since Novant changed to this MyNovant from NHRMC's MyChart, you cannot find any previous appointments to reference like it was with the MyChart app. Also, if a bill pops up in the app, there are NO details to help you reference what service it's for. The previous MyChart app allowed you to see the actual billing statement with dates of service. If I want to switch organizations to another providers MyChart, like Acumen MyChart for my husband's nephrologist, it doesn't allow it. Awful app!
Like another reviewer, the app isn't working. I've changed my password several times, uninstall/install and to no avail. Giving it another try since I loved the convenience and access prior to the technology messiness.
This app rarely works, but is much needed. I have not been able to log in for months. I've installed the latest version and called for assistance. Still cannot get in. I encourage Novant health to seek another provider for this much needed app.
This app is extremely frustrating and basically useless. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it many times and I still cannot log in. Everything works fine when I sign in on the actual website, but every time I try the mobile app it tells me my password and/or username is incorrect.
This app logs me out frequently even though I use my finger print. It also frequently doesn't even get to the login screen and remains on the opening picture. When I am actually able to use this app and send messages I never get responses. The worst app that I use and it's not even close. I wish I could give it 0 stars.
The app was great before the last update on July 28. I cannot get into the app. It tells me I have to update to which I did that. It no longer works on my Android. I have tried to uninstall, download again. Still does not work. Highly disappointed. It does not even give the sign on screen. I can't get past the screen telling me to update.
Completely ridiculous to separate NHRMC patients and users into 2 separate apps that still don't have the streamlining and community news and updates this app provides other users and then roadblock NHRMC users from being able to this app at all. It says I can sign in with my MyChart log in info, but when I put it in it says it's wrong. Works just fine on the webpage and the MyChart app that this app redirects. 3 apps eating storage space because I can only use this one as a "guest". Ridiculous!
you need to update the girls or the guys machines that they're using to do vital signs half of them don't work I had to have my blood pressure taken three times before they finally got it and there's no reason for that and I don't like the new method for making your appointments for food us older people don't are not text Abbey. thank you.
Not great...missing patient records occur and are not 'fixable' per Novant medical offices, and thier own support staff. "We can't access MyChart" is a common response. I do use the app primarity to track upcomming visits, and it does some basic things well. Just don't waste your time trying to get things fixed. A few years ago when this was new, there was better management from medical offices...but now apparently they can't do much to help. An example is Novant shows my correct vaccination record internally, but not on the MyNovant app, and Novant cannot fix. Not good. Per developer response, nurses at my GP show my correct medical record when in their office...and explain they have tried but failed to make any changes to what MyChart displays...nor can they evern see what the patient sees on MyChart. I'm just pointing out a disconnect with your process, at least at this one health provider.
This app is nothing more than a virtual paperweight. I want to like it. I want to love it, but it's so rare that I can actually log in, it's not worth keeping. I'm able to successfully log in about twenty percent of the time. Clearing app and data cache does nothing to resolve the issue. Restarting my phone fails to fix the problem. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app gets me nowhere. Logging in presents an indefinitely spinning circle. Galaxy S22 Ultra AT&T with One UI
This app was working fine one day and the next day, it just stops letting me log in. It says something went wrong, please try again. Ive done this mulitple times, checked my user name and password, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing works. Ever since the 2 step verification process was implemented, I am unable to log in to the app. I turned off the 2 step process from my web browser and still cannot log in on the app.
the novant app is easy to use and helps me keep up with all my doctor appointments. I get test results early and know when to be concerned and when not to be. I love the care I receive with Novant Health
app has slow responsive. freezes often while logging in.
