Wouldnt let me download resume. They made it sound like it was easy to cancel the subscription and said the option was in the app, and it literally lied, but this isnt the first time they lied straight up, i tried to cancel the subscription through email and they LIED AGAIN telling me that my account wasnt paid for and they couldnt do anything, then come a month later, they start charging my account, my card keeps decling the charge but the keep charging it and have been for a week straight.

The app is very simple and easy to navigate. You have a variety to choose from upload or by scratch. Snap its there just revise and make sure you edit. Pay for the month of service it gives more options. I recommend using the computer too. The app working on the go computer for final draft to make sure the format transfers correctly. Extra free services and advise offered on the website. Ill let it be a surprise. It worked for me.

Super easy to use. I was able to make a GREAT resume in just minutes. But the only way to save for free is through TXT. I understand you have to pay for a lot of great apps but it would be nice for them to let you know you have to pay BEFORE making your resume and having to start over. $3 isn't much until you truly don't have $3 on your card to buy a resume.

Charged for a subscription i did not want and was told I would have to go through Google to get my money back. Whatever this app is, it IS NOT worth 25 dollars on its best day. I am upset they would charge nearly 3 times what I was charged initially, and that was probably 5 times too much. The AI does nothing to actually help you write a resume, in fact it's templates are unreadable when you try and email them in pdf of docx files. I should get every penny back not just the unwanted subscrptn

Can't view or edit your resume without signing a subscription but the app doesn't register that you have a subscription even after signing up. The app doesn't have a way to unsubscribe so you have to call a support line. After multiple calls and being told that my subscription was canceled I noticed that I was still being charged every month. I attempted to email/call support some more, but ended up having to backcharge and block the payments through my banking provider. Complete scam 😒

This app is ridiculous. It's so basic and very limited on options but then will charge your account 25.00 freaking dollars for nothing! They offer nothing worth paying for. At all. Customer Service is horrible. They don't even acknowledge the issue at all. They respond with how to cancel every single time but even that's a lie because there's no option anywhere to delete your account. They will lie and say I'm sorry we don't see your account and you have no subscription. Terrible pos liars

There HAS to be a better app, it seems free, you type out a resume VERY SLOWLY, there's a lag and you may end up deleting something on accident then have to type it back but with the lag you can't tell if you've spelled a word correctly until a couple seconds after you stop typing then it takes a while to correct, after finally getting through that you get charged 3$ plus a 30$ monthly fee that starts the day you purchase it, and there are no cover pages, so now I have to find a second app

Works fine, but you have to pay a very misleading subscription to be able to download a resume, and you can't even unsubscribe without contacting support. Scummy business practice, even if the app is fine otherwise Edit: even AFTER contacting support, they insisted my subscription was cancelled. Fortunately, when I uninstalled the app I got a notification from the play store that I was still paying the subscription, with a link to cancel my subscription through the play store. How is this legal?

Good app. They don't tell you that you have to pay a small fee if you want the fancy version (verses the text version) UNTIL AFTER you finish your resume. It's an extremely good deal (at this time that I'm typing this). I would suggest adding a spell checker. I didnt see one but maybe I overlooked it. If I did missed it, maybe make it more observable. 🙏🏽

I sent an email to cancel my subscription, got an email back they didn't have an active subscription for me, then the next day the money was taken out of my account. *EDIT: I sent an email with the screenshot showing I was charged. I received an automatically generated email back saying there's no active account asking for the card number, even though the screen shot had that information. Avoid this app at all costs.
