When you submit a request for refills on your meds and you never get any response to your request, why waste your time. It is better to call in your request, especially if you are trying to reach cardiology, because they never respond to your request.
Reviews for myPrivia
my appts are always good. staff's friendly, great attitudes, knowledgeable, and pay attention to time. offices are clean. Dr. Porter takes his time with you and answers any and all questions. he makes you feel comfortable and at ease. he cares about his patients. i would and have recommended them to others.
The app is great, but for some reason it is bringing me to the login page for "myprivia - preview" instead of "myprivia". Do to that I can't login into my myprivia account on the app. Edit: I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I can now log into my account in the app.
I can't even figure out how to log off right now Y'all need to get doge to come fix it. during the survey it will not allow you to select know for the question is it easy to use it freezes up. you have to say yes. on a scam.
one star rating, because there's no way to provide feedback within the app itself. impossible to sign in. the authentication process I presented with is a catch-22. after I enter my username and password the only MFA option I'm presented with is a call, no SMS. the app is especially terrible because it will not keep persistent in the background while I receive the call with a code. so the authentication process is effectively broken.
this app sucks. tells me to download the app to schedule an appointment, WHILE ALREADY IN THE APP. Trying to schedule a standard wellness visit, but this is not a condition that the app recognizes so it gives me WebMD BS about wellness that has nothing to do with scheduling an appointment. Find a doctor? Nearest one is 4 states away. Need an appointment? Guess your condition first! Thanks, Obama.
I love the app. easy to use and a great way to get labs, make adjustments to appts and even do virtual appts. the appt rarely has issues also the staff at my dr.s office is extremely accommodating especially for someone like me who has social anxiety and ptsd. they are friendly. the Drs are friendly and care about you. always making sure you get the best care for you not just the cookie cutter mold advice.
The app adds no value above the web site. It keeps claiming there are new messages but the messages are old and have been read already. and yet it keeps insisting that there are new messages when clearly there aren't any. The messages date back to 2021 and have been read, but, sure "they are new". It would also be nice to be able to contact any of my health care providers, not just the most recent ones. I think the web site should be sufficient.
This "App" is basically just a browser directing you to the web interface, which itself is barely functional. Doesn't remember login info, constantly shows me I have "Unread Messages" but all show as read when I click the link. I've used the app to make appointments on two occasions, and received email confirmations, but the appointments never made it through to my provider. Utterly useless garbage.
Lots of bugs. For example, I've has the same notification that I have new messages for almost 2 yrs. Well I even filter by "unread " and check them over and over FROM 2022! NOTHING Is new. So I constantly have to check Just in case. Also shows no way to delete scheduled appointments made in the app. So you have to call a few times for it to show cancelled.
