My cat likes it but I will never buy it! Lots of senior citizens have cats, but are on a fixed income and cannot afford how much Fancy Feast Gems cost. I can buy a can of tuna for myself for cheaper than what it costs for one of this item. Also it's so small are you kidding me. The packaging is terrible. Tops are hard to get off making it messy...at least for the price you could have it in a tin can with a pull tab.

it's alright. free stuff is cool, points are cool, but they never have toy rewards suitable for my 95 lb dog. Medium is the largest size they have in toy rewards and that simply will not cut it. Once you use points to redeem coupons they're taken away as an option til their catalog updates again, usually a while before that happens. Idk, it's nice sometimes, but most of the time, it just takes up space in my phones memory while I'm waiting for a reward I can actually use or even want.

Submitting my receipts gets submitted successfully about 40% of the time. The other 60% is them saying that the submissions are blurry and can't be interpreted. I have tried screenshots, pictures of paper receipts, and pictures of digital recipts on my laptop. I reached out them about this, but is still the issue. Otherwise when it does work, I have no issues redeeming my points and getting my dogs new toys in the mail. 😊

I have tried to upload receipts 5 different times. The app indicates success, then states something went wrong. I have spent over $150 and submitted receipts. I have 0 points. I have tried to get free treats for my dog's birthday. when I go to the app, there is no way to do so. I have also tried to take advantage of special offers, but the app always has errors. Don't Bother.

It has now been over 18 months since I was able to log in. my last review was dated March 2024, and i had not been able to log in for a few months already. I emailed as asked. The response was I just need to log in. well, after telling them it won't let me, AND it won't send a link to reset my password either, they stopped responding. I am now getting the monthly report email, that is showing I've lost all my points. I've also lost the more than year long points I've earned due to your error.

update: Still unable to successfully enroll the 3rd dog and still getting the "something went wrong error". rewards redemption works at least. It's almost a lottery in getting some of the basic functionality of the app to work. I try to add additional pets and almost always get a " something went wrong" error. I have 3 dogs. The 1st was enrolled smoothly. The second I finally got enrolled without an error after months of on and off trying. I was quite surprised it worked. The 3rd fails.

I downloaded this app when I got an email to get a free full size Fortiflora for my dog, I never received it. I messaged customer service to ask about it. A rep who was named Susan, was looking into it. I was responding every minute to make sure they didn't disconnect, since that's an issue I've faced with other chats. They suddenly left the chat without responding. This app is also not allowing me to add my four pets only two of them can be added, after that it'll give me an error.

It used to be great. Since the recent update, it won't load my points correctly or allow me to upload receipts. It simply gives me some sort of network error. My network is fine. I also tried the website which gives the same error. I say "recent" but it has been a few months. I thought they would fix the issue and hadn't checked the app in a while, but nothing has been fixed.

How nice, Purina. The app had an update, which I download. Upon opening it, I'm asked for my zip code and to tick a box that says I've read the terms & conditions. I do both. Then "create Purina account". I find that odd since I already have an acct. Then an error message of "can't update profile" briefly pops up, and that's it. That's as far into the app that I can access. You've made the app useless to me now.

The app works as intended, one can upload their receipt and earn points within 48 to 72 hours upon verification. There are also cute challenges to earn more points to do so along your pet. You can also add your pets including their picture and breed. As good as this app is, there is one flaw that defeats the entire purpose of this app. From several months ago to now, I am unable to complete getting a reward. Until this error is fix, I cannot give it the 5 stars.

Your app is really pissing me off! You have declined numerous digital receipts and I have shown proof of purchase of your products! The pictures can't get any clearer. But you denied them. More than 7 of them! I'm not gonna keep purchasing your products for points for you to keep denying my receipts! Do I need to send in the friggin actual item after I purchase it so you can see it? This is getting ridiculous! Over $150 worth of products and you denied them! Give me my points or I will report yo

UPDATE: Customer support contacted me promptly, & working to solve the problem, having an auto ship with chewy this is a good app to redeem rewards. LAST REVIEW: in the recent days I get prompted to accept receiving their promotional emails but can't pass through that step and I'm unable to login, what's more frustrating is that after I went through the hassle of uploading all my invoices I'm afraid I will lose my points as I'm unable to redeem them, what a waist of time.

So I just downloaded the app & I'm trying to log in. It tells me to check the box allowing them to send me emails. I check it & press "continue". I keep getting a message saying, "Error updating profile", and I can't get past that page. I swipe away the app, bring it back up & it just keeps me on that page. I can't do anything with it. 😭

I downloaded this app because I buy a lot of dog food and cat litter. Wasn't sure if it would be useful or not, but since prices keep rising I needed all the help I can get. I did the pet profiles without a lot of trouble. uploading receipts can be challenging and I've learned to hold on to my receipt until I'm sure it wasn't rejected. I tried following the digital upload according to the instructions but it rejected it and I didn't check back before it was too late. Lesson learned.

App runs smoothly. I was surprised to find out they'll accept the last 3 months of receipts. I buy all my Purina products off Chewy, except one time I purchased something in store; both ways, receipt upload was simple. Got denied the first time, but the app stated why, so I knew how to fix the problem to upload again. A month in and I've redeemed and received many items already! My ONLY issue is that coupons are mailed out and can only be used in-store. I can't find my dogs' food in-store...

so for about 2 weeks now the "Happi" on the app has not refreshed or done anything. I've contacted customer service multiple times mostly to be told to "update" the app that's already up to date, and I have cleared cache, deleted and reinstalled, cleared storage on my phone, everything! and nothing works and I'm kinda getting tired of going back and forth with customer service about it. I'd just like it fixed. It's tiresome to have to send screenshots all the time....

Tried to enter pets name and got the "Something went wrong, try again." After 5 times, gave up. Tried to submit receipts and got the same error message. After 3 times gave up. Bottom line, this app does not work as advertised. Or maybe Purina doesn't want to reward customers who buy their products?

So far I'm liking that I'm going to be able to earn points for discounts or free products, plus training videos at my fingertips. As for the setup when I'm trying to add my pets food but there isn't a place for it , so if there was a section in pets profile to add their particular food and treats then we could work towards something like as you add points being able to redeem the points towards my particular food or treats .

This should be 2 & 1/2 stars. When the app will load, open, and not have me logged out, it truly is great. Easy to use, rewards that are useful and earned at a reasonable rate. More often than not, when I try to open the app, I just get the endless rotating graphic. Sometimes, for days, but has also happened for weeks before, and it doesn't seem to matter if it has been freshly updated or not. If it operated reliably, this would be an easy 5 star for me.

The app has not worked since I installed it. I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it and have just about given up. I've spent roughly $400 this year on Purina products. I've reached out to Purina and been told to try to use the computer version and upload receipts that way. What's the point of an app if it doesn't work. Unfortunately my cats like the products. I will continue to buy them. however, the app has absolutely zero benefit for me.
