After all the advertising about the pumpkin 🎃 fragrance, it was 0. And yes I turned off the recycling button.

I had applied a code for 50% off due to mother's day for 1 month and paid, it didn't take the code and charged me almost $40 dollars. I reached customer care and took a whole day to answer. Finally they replied ans said they will only give me 20% off when I even gave the. the promo code I had purchased with the plan. The person was rude and said I could just close the account instead if I wasn't satisfied. Of course not I wasn't satisfied and I decided to end it. Nasty way to treat customers.

They seem to have removed the option to cancel your membership here. That, or the guides I found are not accurate.

My car didn't shine and glisten with the Ceramic package. plus the tire shine process kicked back black oily spots onto my truck. so essentially it was back dirty.

Horrible layout and causes phone to freeze while typing in license plate number.

need to update the website. Puyallup location. showing the one being built on canyon, not showing the one open on meridian.

a very solid 3... app works good, lots of room for improvement for visual enhancements and user interface.

I am getting frustrated that the tire shine is getting all over my truck. It leaves a sticky black mess on my fenders. It is frustrating. to have to go home from the car wash and re-wash my truck. I have mentioned it to the attendant, but he was no help. this is at the Marriesvill Wa location.

great car wash place. member ship is pricey though and adding cars is expensive too. But great overall

my last visit was a nightmare. the dryer blower made a deep scratch on my side mirror and when approached a team member,he said I should have common sense to close the side mirrors before entering the wash Bay and that they have signs saying that. no where on the property mentioned anything such. he knew he didn't know what he was saying and then said, "Do whatever I want and left cursing me out. am canceling my subscription for 4 cars, which was over $110. no good customer service.

I stopped to get my cash wash and wanted to upgrade to the Ceramic Coat monthly, I was told by the attendant that she could not assist me with that, that "she just works there"...that I would have to go to the app and cancel my current plan and then come back through to sign up up for the upgraded plan" huh? Usually customer service is outstanding, but apparently not interested in keeping this customer...

Well, i went in there to sign up both my cars. I was told to add the second car to my account for half off, I would have to do it online. So I went online to do what i feel is Quick Quacks job to add the car and low and behold it wouldn't let me. So i serched for a way to contact them, and you guessed it, no way to get a hold of anyone. So I went back to the car wash I had initially went to and spoke with the manager on duty. ( Lance Vacaville location) and again, you guessed it. No help. 7Flags

Man, you ought to see this place. What an absolutely wonderful, convenient, state of the art establishment. Best carwash I've ever encountered. It is top of the line. The staff are courteous, friendly, and eager to serve. Actually, I could go on and on praising "Quick Quack," but I won't. Instead, I'll let their vacuum kiosks speak for me. The suction they produce is powerful, and I mean powerful! Vist Quick Quake and give 'em a try. You will not be disappointed, I promise.

Doesn't allow you to cancel. you have to jump through hoops bc you definitely can't find it anywhere in the app.

I don't usually do car washes because I wash my own vehicles but I took advantage of the 9.99 promo unlimited for 30 days and it comes in handy especially after driving in all the dirt up here in the high 🏜. I love it.

as I was saying to the quick quack email that was sent to me that I have the worst issue with the operator 800 number and getting my refund for $22 but you were able to remove my vehicle at the car wash but you weren't able to refund by $22 unless I call that 800 number in which the 800 number gave me a runaround for 25 minutes and then basically hung up on me and try to convince me that I still have two cars what I told her five times I only have one car!

too many problems. The website doesn't work anymore. Support sent me to the phone app. App won't let me create an account or log in. It keeps sending me in a loop. The Service line had to make needed account updates because the app is a mess.

Meh. The attendants look very professional but that's about all there is to it. There's really no amenities at this car wash. No mat washer, no glass cleaner and the towel station is too tall for us short people. Also, I've just tried the $9.99 promo for the basic monthly package, but it doesn't even dry my car very well on the way out. Not impressed.

Terrible customer support. Talked to an employee to get one of my cars removed from my subscription and my card changed cause I had just got a new one. Somehow they messed up and I ended up getting charged on both cards. Emailed customer support , sent pics of bank statements and they said to call. That's all, nothing more. Call for what ? Nah I'm good just cancel my subscription. Thanks for nothing "Bella E." from customer support.
