Finally they replied ans said they will only give me 20% off when I even gave the. the promo code I had purchased with the plan. The person was rude and said I could just close the account instead if I wasn't satisfied. Of course not I wasn't satisfied and I decided to end it. Nasty way to treat customers.

They seem to have removed the option to cancel your membership here. That, or the guides I found are not accurate.

My car didn't shine and glisten with the Ceramic package. plus the tire shine process kicked back black oily spots onto my truck. so essentially it was back dirty.
