terrible. cannot login. forgot password. app keep asking to update

I would give a higher score if I could actually get into the app. However, no matter what I'm doing, I can't get into the silly app! ALREADY TALKED WITH DOCTORS OFFICE, SAID WOULD NEED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT, SOUND LIKE THE BUCK JUST GETTING PASSED BACK AND FOURTH, NO BODY IS WELLING TO ACTUALLY HELP!!

Cannot for the life of me get this ap to work. It took like 16 links from my provider and assistance to make an account, now I can't even log into the account.

it's great gives u good access to all your, records and meds. easy access to doctor.

So great that Dr. Shin's office has an app. Easy to see you upcoming appointments or check bills etc.

It would be a lot easier when I logged on to an app on my phone that it would automatically pull up every single time I have to type in all my information and I'll change my password multiple times you need to fix this the knowing the whole reason to have an app on your phone is so that you can have access to it not go through a lot of trouble to reset everything on it every single time you log on thank you

Terrible. This is the worst patient portal I have ever encountered.

The app just doesn't work. Sure download it if you just want to be super annoyed. It worked once. Always says invalid username and if you try to reset or retrieve it then you have invalid email. I have canceled the account reregistered only to be back in this cycle. It just doesn't work. Truly no stars.

Broken (as of 6/10). Biometric log in is completely disabled and I am unable to message my providers despite the option being available according to them.

Greatest experience, helpful and informative and never rushed.

I can't seem to access my daughters account since I'm a representative and the password change button wont work. I'd also like to combine mine and my two kids accounts but don't see anywhere to do that either.

Not user friendly. There are no notifications allowed, for example when a provider has sent a message. Biometrics are disabled. Entering medical history is clumsy and unable to be edited once entered. Features function as minimally as possible. If it wasn't for the company I am a client of using this app, I would run from it as quickly as possible. There is no sophistication whatsoever. Why they went with this app I have no idea. Unless it's cheap, which would make sense.

ANNOYING..just wanted to send a message. Try to use this app but end up on the phone...I am trying and pretty tech saavy. Not user friendly AT ALL esp if someone were afaid of compurts/phones. I live in a 55+ - they EXIST!

the update removed pictures from encounter notes ☹️ opened a case with support, still no help. I finally marked as Solved just to make the multiple emails go away. This app is garbage. It is a violation of privacy as one of the pictures uploaded was not even my Dad.

The app has zero options for notifications. I've missed important messages. For managing mental health, this makes it more stressful than helpful. I wish my doctor just used MyChart.

only issue I have is I can't add my allergies, when trying to add 1 on the 2nd question it won't search, and won't let me choose anything so it won't let me submit it, the button doesn't light up..plz help! I'll change my rating once resolved!

I hate it. It's one of the junkiest apps I have ever used. My dog could have designed it better. Also, I sent a message in the app at 2:30 pm today, yet the time in the app shows I sent it at almost 8pm. I cannot believe a doctor would even ask me to use this. Another thing is that I made an account yet my name and/or password are invalid... why did I have to make another password in life if I can only login a different way...that can end up in a HIPAA violation.
