I’ve been using mySmartBlood for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you understand your blood test results better. Pretty solid if you’re into health and wellness kinda stuff.
Here’s what you do – you just enter your blood test numbers, age, and sex, and the app gives you a personalized report. It’ll show you the top 5 conditions your results might be related to. There’s also a feature to track trends over time, which is pretty cool. And it’ll even tell you your ‘biological age’ – turns out I’m a lot older than I thought! Took me a while to figure that part out but it’s a neat little feature.
Look, if you’re into tracking your health and want a quick way to interpret your blood work, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the reports can be a bit confusing at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re curious about your test results.

So here's my take on mySmartBlood. I've tested a bunch of health apps and this one's pretty solid. It's got a lot of useful features to help you make sense of your bloodwork without having to be a doctor. The personalized reports are actually pretty insightful. But I will say the app can be a bit overwhelming at first - there's a learning curve to figuring out all the different metrics and how to use the features. And the biological age thing is kinda gimmicky in my opinion. Overall though, I'd recommend it if you want a quick way to better understand your health data.

USELESS HEALTH REPORT! Don't even waste your time with the free 3-day trial. I spent almost 1.5 hours MANUALLY inputting all my blood results and the report produced some generic...
Does exactly what is says. Great experience! I showed the results to my doctor and he said they were very plausible
