Reviews for MySpot Carrier

← Back to MySpot Carrier

App never let me past the main menu. Kinda hard to update load status if the driver can't get into the menu. Tried calling spot twice, and sat on hold with a very shrill advertisement patting themselves on the back for 10 minutes to get transferred to a full voicemail box and hung up on.

This app is extremely distracting and unsafe! Its push notifications pop up every 4 minutes, even when I’m driving. I almost got into an accident because of them. Developers need to fix this issue immediately or provide an option to completely disable notifications. Highly disappointed and won’t recommend using this app until this is resolved.

You don't need my location unless I have an active load. Shouldn't be forced to share location just to open the app. No doubt data mining and sharing info to use against the carrier. Why else force location sharing when not necessary? Also, when I have settings set to not send me unnecessary notifications, I mean it. I don't need 15 useless load suggestion emails a day.

very intrusive app keeps notifying after delivery. I uninstall everything I'm done with delivery.

App showed me arriving 12 minutes after my actual arrival time, there is no way I the app, to contact someone to correct the mistake.

Not really user friendly! Confusing on how to navigate and update status.

it always runs in the background and doesn't shut off when you exit the app but other than that it works much better now

I installed this on my Galaxy S22 Ultra on T-Mobile because one broker requires it for load tracking or they deduct $250.00 from the rate for not having load tracking on the load. This app caused my phone to heat up, drained the battery in 30 minutes & filled all 12 gigs of RAM memory on my phone until I uninstalled it from my phone. As a side note, it never accurately showed where my phone was when it was installed & tracking. I tried this app twice and both times it failed & cost me $250.00.

I would like to organize a class action lawsuit against this company. Artificial intelligence program Calling drivers at 2am to see if they are on time for delivery AND the AI doesn't recognize what the driver answers.

Their app for tracking is junk it keeps stopping.

app constantly drops tracking and doesn't accurately arrive and depart stops. there are much better takers out there.

app doesn't work properly when it comes location. broker keep bothering.

product was loaded in wrong trlr, paperwork was wrong, address wrong, the recording was mesmerizing for long periods of time .

absolutely in no way does this app need to exist, unfortunately I cannot give it 0 stars. it takes longer to set up tracking than it takes to pick up and deliver the loads. they only desire to sell meta data for a few cents per gigabit, that's quite virtually the only reason these apps exist, I can't wait for the class action lawsuit. I can't wait to see these people in prison.

another stupid proprietary tracking app to learn and take up memory. shuts down often. can't find gallery. doesn't update your location worth beans.

Both Day and Night Dispatch were courteous and professional. They answered my questions precisely and even after hours took care of The Lumper Fees at Customer. Documents were easy to Upload. Easy to work with this Broker. VRN

They keep calling me and ask me to reopen the app to continue tracking. All the location services are activated, and the app stays open 24 hours a day. This app is horrible and needs to be updated on the developers side. The non-stop calling is absurd. Please fix the issues.

kinda hard to navigate and see some functions. conflicts with other apps that use GPS and I had to uninstall due to freezing the phone after last samsung update.

App will stop tracking if vehicle sits such as getting your 10 hour break. constantly getting notices and calls to start tracking when it should not be stopping until load is completed

there should be no reason why this app drains my battery this quickly and why is this tracker almost 2 times bigger than others like Tql carrier dashboard and macropoint and why is it when I have my phone charging and the app running in the background my phone gets hot to the touch makes me wonder if something malicious is going on like harvesting data or something of that nature
