The app works for the most part, sometimes the buses do not show up, but I usually go by the actual schedule when that happens. But usually it works and is pretty accurate, I always knew if I could still catch the bus when I was running late or even when the bus was running late. But will the NEW updated route schedules be added soon, that start Oct. 1st??
This app needs some serious work. If you try to track more than one route at a time, it just won't bring up any of them. If you click on too many bus stops to check on the times, it'll just stop showing their times and nothing will happen when you click them. You have to select only one route at a time, and if it stops working, you have to unselect the route and then reselect it. It's such a pain!
The app is extremely laggy and doesn't always show the amount of buses on a given route. Transportation is the most important thing to public riders. Fix your app to always show how many buses are on a given route AT ALL TIMES. Or, lower your ride fees because your app is subpar. Update your app to get rid of the glitchy bugginess of your app. When it is fixed, I will re-evaluate your deserved 1 star rating from me. Trash app. Also, sometimes the buses don't even show up on the routes
if you are in Lexington and you need or have to ride the bus then you should definitely download this app if you want to know we're the bus is when it will be at the stop if you have to transfer to another bus this app is very detailed
Besides the fact that it hasn't been updated in quite some time with the occasional bugs, the app still comes in handy for when I need to catch a familiar bus on its route, like Fifth Ave or South Ave. especially during times like school.
back 4 years ago, it was at least functional, but has gone to complete junk since then. it used to actually show colored line for each route, but now it only shows just the stops. it used to have relatively real-time tracking, with it showing the buses as they move and update arrival/departure time relatively accurately. But now it only updates in spurts of like every 2-7 minutes, often with arrival/departure times being completely wrong, resulting in me missing the bus countless times. Useless
Usually works, but this app is very annoying when it is off 2-7 minutes and I miss the bus because the app told me I had way more time than I actually did. Edit: I don't what they did but now for some reason the app does not store the routes that you had saved anymore and it takes 20 extra seconds to load up every time you going to the app which is very annoying
You'd be better off using the stars to find out where your bus is. I've been using this app for more then 2 years and when it works it's nice but that doesn't matter because the drivers don't turn on their tracker! Those important warnings about rerouted buses show up but are BLANK and doesn't tell you anything.
I rely on this app daily to get to where I need to go every morning, and it used to be accurate, however now it's hardly real time and the buses always arrive either 10 minutes early or 10 minutes late despite the app and bus icon showing/saying a time and so I end up being late from it. It's really frustrating to have to have to play guessing games on when the buses will actually arrive.
[2023-05 - Using for Birmingham/Jefferson Cnty AL Max Transit] It was freezing & not even presenting a map... apparently cuz I selected too many bus routes simultaneously. When only displaying 2 or 3 routes, it worked better. When selecting a bus stop to see upcoming arrivals, the scrollable list in the pop-up is too small to see a full line of the result set. Sometimes late in day it shows no upcoming arrivals, leaving me walking only to see a bus later pass me by (bad data/not app fault).
