Scheduling app works well so far, only issue I ran into is when you select biometrics for authentication, it never prompts you for a finger print, so you just wait until you decide to choose another option. Also when you do get successful verification, & check the box saying that it's a trusted personal device, you still get prompted to verify every time the app restarts. Once you verify though, no issues, & your schedule is displayed nicely.

An absolutely pitiful app, considering it was developed by a multi-billion dollar company. Can't use biometrics to sign in, won't remember your login, and now absolutely NO WAY to check your worked hours at home- an absolutely essential access for those of us trying to create budgets at home. This app undercuts workers' access to their own income information and absolutely mars Target's claim that it wants what's best for its employees. Do better.

The app is extremely barebones and lacks a lot of features. There's no option for fingerprint login, and the app requires you to do 2 factor authentication, which is annoying considering the 90-day password resets. There's an option to enable push notifications for swapping shifts, but there should be one for posted shifts being picked up as well. You're better off making a Chrome shortcut of the mytime site, which does everything with the bonus of letting you enable fingerprints.

Doesn't have current information like the computer at tsc. For example, tsc will information that I won't see on this app. If I put in pay vacation hours, they will see it, but I don't.

How about upcoming shift NOTIFICATIONS...!!!????!?? the app that Dick's sporting goods uses , gives the option of setting notifications for this and it was great!

Needs option to stay signed in. All the information this app contains is openly displayed elsewhere in Target, without exception. And yet this app currently forces repeated password inputs to access that same info on our personal phones, which are already as secure as desired. It shouldn't require a password in the first place, just an employee number, there's zero reason for any security here, much less this excessive preciousness over openly available information.

This app should be, in theory, a convenient app for viewing schedules, swapping shifts, etc. But it's really irritating that it won't let me enable fingerprint or face ID login on my phone. Supposedly there's a way to adjust it in the app settings, but the only setting I have the ability to "adjust" is for push notifications and THAT'S IT. I also tried doing it through workday and that didn't work either. Please change this. Also just an FYI - Not everyone has an iPhone.

this app is built on popsicle sticks and two chewed up wads of bubble gum. its garbage. app goes down literally every week for one reaaon or another, and no biometric support in 2024 is crazy but go off I guess! if you're gonna make us change passwords every few months and have to log in multiple times a day then at least make it easier on us.

App never remembers device, meaning I have to put in my password everytime, even when it prompts me to remember device. When I tried to update my password it said it accepted the password and to wait about a minute before logging in. I did just that. waited a couple minutes but when I tried to put in the new password it did not recognize it. Attempting to reset the password brings up a blank screen, which was probably supposed to load something, but waiting for ten minutes showed me nothing.

Not liking the new way to submit PTO requests. There's no way to print it for proof that anything is submitted. There is no way to view what you submit. I know there's drop downs, but they don't reveal anything. I don't know that I've submitted information correctly. Need to make it more user-friendly! Also you can't be paid by the minute. You're not allowed to go over 40hrs and the selection you get for minute is 15, 30 and 45. You can't ask for more time if it puts you over 40hrs.

App is really frustrating sometimes. - Takes forever to load on startup. - Biometrics stopped working. - Have to log in every time I go to check my schedule. - Swap shifts never works. - NO NOTIFICATIONS FOR SCHEDULE CHANGES !!! - No way to change your availability, request time off or do a punch correction. Only thing the app is good for is looking at your schedule.

Awful! How can you give us such a terrible product?! It won't even let me launch it after I've tried several times using and reinstalling it, just an error message that it can't launch. I'm ashamed that I have to be an ambassador for this product to our team members. Fix it please! Everytime you promise us a better product, it gets worse! I speak from four years of using these scheduling apps you've been pushing at us, and they have had nothing but problems each upgrade!

Again, Target and their online systems....constant glitches. I wish Target would just go back to pen and paper. I am never able to sign up for additional shifts because of messages saying I am scheduled 8, 13, whatever number days working in a row, which is false thus the glitch. It's been like this for months. I'm pretty sure we won't be getting 24 an hour. I can't wait to eventualky leave Target. Don't be mad when a ton of people get Covid and no one shows up to work. Happens ALL THE TIME!

Not working... half the time the app not working. Target is a big corporate and their apps half of the time the app doesn't work. How does the employees know their schedule ahead of time. We can't call in sick inside the office becuz nobody doesn't pick up the phone. Please fix this. We might lose our jobs due to this app. Really disppointed.

In the typical Target fashion they decided to reinvent the wheel by adding corners. The only thing this app is good for is for looking at your schedule & your time card. THAT'S IT. The 'swap shift' option doesn't swap anything, you can't request time off, can't see or request to use PTO, and you can't fix a missed punch. They should have called it "ALMOSTmyTime", "myTimeLITE", or even "DietmyTime". At least then we'd have known we'd be dealing with a watered down version of myTime Self Service.

No notifications!! I haven't gotten a schedule update notification in over a year. Idk where the issue is but the app's notifications are blocked in the system settings and I cannot turn them back on, the slider is locked Off. Cleared cache and data, reinstalled, checked app settings. Nothing. Also, for some reason it's being treated as a SYSTEM APP. Something's funky

If you want it to work, you have to spam it. Literally spam it when I crashes. Retry over and over, and then you will be met with a black screen, then a login prompt will appear. App is decent; good even, but 2 stars off because of the constant crashing. (BTW when you finally login it won't crash anymore, at least it hasn't crashed for me yet.)

Not easy to use at all. The login process is slow (why do I have to log in every time I use it, it's an app on my phone?) and forces me to use OTP even after I select personal device. The UI is miserable and the schedule is displayed in a weird way. Swapping, dropping, and picking up shifts doesn't work and I have to go to my supervisor to have shifts switched. To make it even worse, the servers are down all of the time so you can't view your schedule if you want to. Wish they'd switch to W2W

A few things on the app don't seem to work for me...im only there one day a week now though, so that could be why. I love being able to check your schedule from your phone and to see what time you clocked in/out in real time. Don't like the "pre-scheduled" breaks...as the person who watches the front, they aren't always accurate and team members get confused...especially new team members. Also like the option to use my fingerprint to log in...easier than trying to keep up with another password

The app is easy to use and has a good user interface. Viewing your schedule and requesting time off is simple as it should be. Upping my score to 3 stars because they finally fixed the push notifications for Android, but WHOOPS, they forgot to add biometric login support. Thanks for the push notifications, but still embarrassing for an app in 2024. Do better. I'll rate 5 stars when I can log in with my fingerprint like every other app on my phone.
