showing bus location from stop to stop but sometimes too slow

Sometimes it stops a station before last stop of bronx without any prior information specially during night time

I’ve been using the app for at least 10 years. It’s a rock solid app and indispensable even NY’s

always spot-on; when I’ve called the 718 number for directions by phone, I’ve gotten incorrect info!

They NEED get themselves updated with the new schedules. I know the MTA sucks, but be more accurate these days. please.

Once you figure it out, easy to use. Directions feature is really helpful

I used to stop for more than a year and it worked great. Then I reviewed it for five stars. After that it stopped working. I don’t get it.

This app is very simple and easy to use for all buses, trains, etc, One of my favorite features of the app is the notifications of delays, thanks keep 👍 up the good work 👏.

another edit… Needs better accessibility information. A station entrance can be listed as accessible but that doesn’t mean that the person can get to the level to actually board a train.

The My Transit NYC Subway and Bus App is a good one it works for me so far it been on point with the busses I’ve have taken and it can been a few minutes ahead or behind but mostly on time . 🚉🚍🚌

Sometimes when a train is run on a different line, the timings for that train won’t show up correctly in these stations. It’s okay. I’ve noticed incorrect arrival times for buses and trains, or sometimes the arrival time will change from 10 min to 7 to 5 and then back up to 12 minutes. It’s not accurate.
