Downloaded this app as it seemed easier than going online every time. Told me my log in info was wrong. So I tried resetting the password but it told me my mother's maiden name was wrong. So I tried signing in online and guess what? All my info is correct. This app is the jenkiest thing I've seen in a long time. Deleted it already. Junk.

I have been having the System error message come up Everytime I try to log in. So upsetting when it's very important to be able to get important medical information ! I can't refresh, relog on, or anything without getting System Error ...It's been happening for several months, but recently all the time. This needs fixed immediately. I already tried to contact Support Services 2 different times....No help at all !!!

I'm not sure what has changed, if there was an update, but in the last week or two, I have not been able to load my medications on my app to request refills. Very frustrating. I checked for new updates, checked on different days in case there was an outage. I'm not always by a laptop or PC so it's tedious to remember to request refill when I'm at one.

Just installed this, which I am thinking might be a bit more efficient way of contacting a certain practice that keeps hanging up on me after 4 rings. However,when I entered that practices exact name(it was on the practices recording to go to myupmc) the search said unable to find practice. How is it unable to find the practice that recommended the app to begin with?! Hmmm.

I removed this app after the last update. When I could not even access the app or reset anything. The lag was beyond bad. Then I found out that even if I had finally gotten back in, I would not have been able to continue to use a pin to access as I had. I don't want 6 miles of passwords or thumbprint or trying to get my phone to draw the correct boxes. I want to plug in 4 quick numbers and be in to my app on my phone.

Whatever they did to this app, it is no longer functional. I open it and it struggles and constantly fails to open any of the tabs/pages so I have to continue to constantly reload the pages to see appts, records, test results, etc only to get error messages. Pls fix, many disabled folks rely on this app. It not internet connection, it's doing this on wifi and data.

I have been having repeated difficulty with the app indicating that there is a "system error" and to "try again later". There is no number to call for assistance so I may have to uninstall the app. The very odd thing is i continue to receive appointment notifications and test results from UPMC, but I can't get into their system through this app any longer!

I'm having some issues with the app. First, the new security update forces me to re-enable quick login (using my phone as a passkey) EVERY TIME I open the app! I can understand having to re-enable it the first time, but not every time! Second, when trying to pay online, it won't take me where I need to go. I've tried for a week to pay online, and only get an error message that the site can't be reached. Please fix these bugs.

The app is mostly useful, though in many cases a web browser works just as well - better for virtual appointments. My issue is the annoying pop up every time I log in. Enable quick login? NO. There should be a "do not ask me again" option. I do not want quick login. Most devices have their own app PW keepers so we don't need your quick login. Stop trying to force it on us.

Last year I would have rated this five stars. 10 if I could have, but now I'm having the same issue that other people are having. Any action I try to take results in a system error. I'm unable to request medication refills, pre-register for appointments, or message any of my physicians using the app. Any help would be much appreciated! I will certainly update my rating once this issue is fixed.

Love this app, except. lately, I keep getting error messages saying it won't connect with the server regardless of what action I select. This has been going on for several weeks now. I prefer making my appointments through the app, when I can, but this issue is preventing me from doing that, as well as looking up test results and messaging my care team. Very frustrating

I was very happy using this app for several years. I depend on this app for my family and myself. I don't know what changed but it isn't working anymore. 'System error' and 'Connectivity problem ' messages aren't helpful! I can't read my after visit notes or access messages. I tried all the fixes I could from my end with no improvement. Don't apologize, just FIX IT!

The app is helpful but could be better. We need an easy way to sort and delete messages in bulk & mark unread messages as read. I have hunreds and need to go through each one to delete them. It's quite annoying. Also, we have to go back and forth thru many screens when looking at test results rather than being able to just look at your next result. Too much back and forth when it can be more efficient. Lags too much switching in between screens or freezes. Many times, I need to reboot the app.

Lately, this app has become almost worthless. So often when I want to pre-register, look at test results, check and appointment...I get some kind of error message. It's frustrating especially when I keep getting notifications to pre register for an appointment but I can't because the app isn't working.

Going back to previous pages is problematic. It often drops the session (and could use a back button just to make it easier) and/or the app times out far too quick. It's not like the avg person can digest everything they're reading w/ ease. Which brings me to:There are terms that are in bold letters in test results that we're supposed to be able to look up and aren't to be found. Seems odd in a test for something the test is specifically looking for and is flagged (for lack of a better word).

the app used to be great but it hasn't worked in more than 3 months now. it always says system error, unable to load page. always. I cannot make new appointments through the app anymore, cannot see current upcoming appointments, cannot click on test results, etc, because "system error loading page". I can't pre register for appointments due to the same issues. this app is pointless now.

I've been using this app for years, and I've never encountered so many issues/bugs before. It's outrageous the number of times I can't open notifications or see appointment details because there was an error. Sometimes, the pages don't load and stay blank. It's really frustrating, and I end up spending more time reloading, closing, and opening the app than actually using it.

App worked great for a long time but now there are constant "system errors" and the majority of the features do not work. I can't look at anything beyond the dashboard/home page. No messages, no appointment details, no test results. it says "system error" and turns up blank. the app is practically useless. please fix the bugs! This has been going on for several months.

I used to love this app and it was an easy and convenient way to help me but for 3 months when you click anything ever it says server error, 3 months straight. EDIT: Obviously the team reached out and I did redownload but that at first didn't resolve but something did so I appreciate it as a user. Now it is easy to use one again and helps. If you are a family, you also will have easy access to apts and such and that really helps. Thanks for the change!

The app was great before! It worked just fine! Some of the billing info was slow to load, but it worked. Now all I'm getting is a "System Error occured" or "That feature can not be access right now, try again later." but that's been happening for every feature, every button. Nothing has been working anymore.
