Lately, this app has become almost worthless. So often when I want to pre-register, look at test results, check and appointment…I get some kind of error message. It’s frustrating especially when I keep getting notifications to pre register for an appointment but I can’t because the app isn’t working.

Going back to previous pages is problematic. It often drops the session (and could use a back button just to make it easier) and/or the app times out far too quick.
