The staff are amazing and the care club program they offer is great. My dog Frankie loves going there. I highly recommend if you are shopping for a vet for your pet.

it was very easy to sign up with VCA, right , away, started reading info that can help me train and connect better with my 8 month old puppy.

Just a fantastic staff. Everyone is so sweet and nice. They are very professional but w personality. They listen.

We had our first visit as new kitten owners. The staff were so professional and answered any questions we had (and we had a lot) From the front desk... to the techs... to the Vet.... A+ highly recommend!

This app makes tracking my dogs health much easier with fast scheduling, 24/7 medical chat, reminders and educational stuff. It never feels like im alone in it or that I can't find the answers to things that pop up with my doggo. Definitely recommend!

This app makes it super easy to handle your pet's needs. Making an appointment has never been easier. You can also set reminders for medications and follow-ups. Chatting with a vet 24/7 is an incredible feature as well.

Overall a good app. I like that the messaging and text messages are synced. It needs to fix some quirks such as adding the location to the Google calendar reminder. Not a big deal.

I can't sign in to the app. I click on the box to type my email and it bumps me out of the box before I can type anything. Another annoying thing: Somehow I have two different accounts under the same email address. I would think app developers would make it so this can't happen and thus create problems. I guess they didn't think that far ahead. Most annoying problem: App developers don't help fix this. They say to call the hospital and have them fix it. *update* they fixed it. 👍

***UPDATE*** 10/29/2023 After deleting the data from the app I uninstalled and reinstalled again. Seems to be working for now.🤞 App is giving error when I try to open it. It worked when I first installed it about a week ago. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still getting an error. Disappointing because I just took my dog to an appointment today at one of the VCA clinics and I wanted to take a look at something in his record but I can't get in. I hope this gets fixed soon.

It's nice to have an app that shows upcoming appointments, reminders, and what medication refills are needed. You can update your contact info for the hospital in here as well. For cons - I found it a bit odd it did not link to my CareClub account, or provide an option to link to it so I can see what I have left on my plan. They are 2 separate accounts for VCA. The load times on the app are a bit slow as well and the search function to find my hospital didn't work - I plugged in my zip and it gave me options for all over the country, even Alabama. I had to find it by name only. Still a nice app to have to manage appts.

Downloaded it and was met with nothing but error messages during set up. I'd force stop the app, try again, get a little further and then it locked my account. Not worth the hassle, deleted it. UPDATE: Received an email that fixed my setup issues, so I redownloaded the app and now it works ok. Some areas of the app still are not functional. Links send you to non-existent pages, etc... Still needs some work, but overall if it allows me to make appointments and keep track of what my pup has had done then I'll keep it.

Extremely useful app- I can schedule appointments after clinic hours when something comes up instead of having to wait (and worry) until the next morning, and accessing records is a breeze. has a lot of useful information as well, based on the age of the pet who's tab you're looking at, too. I love the medication reminders for things like heartworm and flea treatments- super helpful! I just wish there was a way to delete a pet. We lost one of our cats a few months ago (he was 17), and he's still in the app. It's a bit of a sucker punch every time I open the app.

This app is pretty much useless. I just did the update thinking it would resolve some of my concerns, but it didn't. You still can't schedule appointments on it, you can't request refills on it, etc. The refills don't show dates or send reminders. All you get is a button that says "Call to order" or "call to schedule." That's useless. I can call for those things without an app taking up space on my phone. The only reason I keep the app is for the occasional document I might need.

You cannot access anything in regard to payments other than invoice history. I was behind 3 payments and had no idea because I never received any kind of notification other than 1 missed phone call with no voicemail! This information should be made available in the app, you should be able to see what payments are due, overdue, etc. as well as the dates they are to be withdrawn for those with automatic payments! Now I have to figure out how to catch up on all this!!!

While this works most of the time, it logs me out at least once a month and won't let me re-log in with google email (how I prefer to use this app versus my VCA store login). No matter how many times I try, it contiues to say "error...looks like something went wrong". Usually, I can rectify the problem by uninstalling the app and re-installing it (which is a pain), but not today. Keep getting the error after 3 re-installs. I have a Samsung. Edited to add: Based on response below (which was fairly quick), I did get on the next day w/o a problem; however, I run into this "error" about once a month. So, if it's due to a power outage, it happens too often. That said, it's a decent app, so upgraded my rating from 3 to 4 stars.

Useful for some information, but submitting a request for an appointment has never worked. In the latest update you can at least see what veterinarians are available, but if you try to request an appointment there are no open days available. Ever! I looked 6 months ahead and there was nothing. If you have to call that anyway, what is the point of that part of the app?

Trying to use Vetsource on the app can run incredibly slowly, orders can take a really long time to ship, and there have been multiple times when I've had problems updating my payment method. The card information is correct on my end, but I continue to receive emails saying I need to update it until finally the order got automatically canceled. I started a new order, and now there are TWO active orders and I'm being charged for two times the items I actually need.

The app won't load at all. It notifies me of my pets appointment and asks me to rate the hospital but I can't see or do anything beyond looking at the "something went wrong page". I've reached out twice, today being the 2nd time, and no one's gotten back to me. I used the report button on the error page so I'll my phones relevant system info should be provided. Update 7/21: IT support has been in contact with me and has been trying several angles. Updated for excellent service!

I've subscribed to Careclub for about 10 years, and their service has gotten significantly worse. My latest issue, the auto-renew button on the app doesn't work. When my policy was set to renew this year, they signed me up for a lesser service that I did not agree or consent to that no longer included dental care. I received no emails or phone calls about the change, and the app doesn't show me what my current subscription level is or what other subscription options are available. AVOID!!

Buggy and slow when it works. While you can eventually get what you need, it's painfully slow even on high speed connections. I just found out that all data for the app is stored locally at the clinic and there is NO offsite backup (per the call center). So in extended power outages, inclement weather, floods, etc the app is unusable AND your pets' records cannot be accessed to take to an alternate provider. It also means they can't notify you in any way that they are closed, apparently.
