Been using MyWalmart for a couple months now. It’s basically an app for Walmart employees – you can view your schedule, request time off, and even swap shifts with coworkers. There’s also this cool AI assistant called Ask Sam that can answer all sorts of questions about Walmart products and policies. And the My Team feature lets you see who’s working with you and even message them directly through the app. Honestly, it’s a pretty solid app if you work at Walmart. Makes a lot of the admin stuff way easier.

So here's my honest take on MyWalmart. I've tested a bunch of employee apps and this one's right up there. It's got all the core features you need - schedule management, time off requests, team communication. And the AI assistant is actually pretty helpful, gets smarter the more you use it. The only real downside is it can be a bit overwhelming at first with all the different tools. But once you get the hang of it, it's a game-changer for Walmart associates.
Pros
- Tons of useful features for Walmart employees
- Schedule management and shift swapping is super convenient
- Ask Sam AI assistant is surprisingly capable
- Lets you stay connected with your team
Cons
- Can be confusing to navigate at first
- Some features feel a bit clunky or outdated
- Might be overkill if you just need basic schedule/time off
