I was enjoying this app very much until the scan item option stopped working, it gives me an error “the data for the scan option to work has not been downloaded to this device”. I have the latest version of the app, and I can’t find any updates….

I am referred by local wic to download app. Hesitant at first due to am reading login concerns. Went ahead to download and install to give it a try. I’m glad I have not encountered any login issues. So far enjoying the app and the convenience it provides to easily upload documents and book appointments.

App does not work. When trying to login to my existing account from the previous wic app (benefit), it tells me “unexpected error.” Even when trying to reset password, it does not allow you to and brings up the same page “unexpected error”.

I have tried this app each time I receive a new foster child hoping they fix it, Texas. Unfortunately I can never get logged it. Doesnt matter the phone. It states there is a profile for me but doesnt recognize my phone number or email to change anything. WiC office can’t help. Also in a […]

it’s easy to take classes and reschedule and just figure out what items I can purchase on the app.. it has been so helpful.

I love this app. It helps me know what benefits I still have available. I also can scan in store to see if I items are WIC approved since they are not all labeled at all stores. Also love how I can do my online classes thru here.

Obviously no one cares, if, we can’t see our list on this app. Some cashiers at stores are starting to be haters by keeping our receipts, or, throwing them away without asking, or, telling us anything. How rude!

Easy to use and navigate my appointments and classes.

The app has been great up until recently. It tells me I do not have the data required downloaded to my phone. I have uninstalled and re-downloaded the app thinking that may help, but it still tells me the same.

they never answer the phone , it’s always unhooked. I changed cities and need to transfer to a closer office.

wish the upload for online classes actually worked. I uploaded mine and it still say I missed it so I have to schedule an appointment to get card reloaded. very inconvenient.

I love my MyWic app, so it is easy to make appointments or even reschedule, or just to get knowledgeable information, it’s an all-around great app !
