I can't even login despite having entered and reentered all my info - correctly - several times it claims my account does not exist. I even changed my password several times to no avail. I then called the customer service line, and after going through the automated menu in order to speak to someone about my issue, they dropped my call. I had no idea a company could be so incompetent.

Absolutely worst card, wish there was 0 stars option. Can't get cash back at certain grocery stores, hard to find ATMs that don't charge a fee, can't get above a certain amount of cash, though it's my money... there are majorly inconvenient limitations with this card. I will be using direct deposit with cashapp and doing away with this. I can't see why anyone would really want this if they knew how inconvenient it is. Can't even make certain purchases online either. Something smells fishy.

The worst prepaid debit card service EVER!! DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY OR TRUST THESE PEOPLE. No one speaks clear English, they talk in circles, alerts come to your email address saying you have funds but when you go to purchase something it gets declined(happened to me twice)...then you have to wait on the phone for 30 minutes before you talk to an actual person and still have no solution but to wait until they get their system in order.

The app always takes 3+ attempts before it will log in. It just keeps going back to the log in screen without showing any kind of error message. Least reliable app I've ever used, but I have no other option if I want a payday advance through ADP. DO NOT have your paycheck direct deposited. The system went down today and I couldn't access my account at all. I called the customer service number and after I finally convinced the guy to stop pretending to be a recording, he refused to assist me.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK!! Dealing with customer service is a hassle just like credit karma. When it comes to disputes on you card or fraudulent transactions, they have to send something in the mail which takes 10 days to receive, then to mail it back which takes longer. This is not guaranteed that you will get your money back after it gets reviewed and will take extra time to be reviewed. No idea why nothing is done over the phone or in email which would be quicker but no. That just how they do it.

Wisley is honestly a joke. It takes way too long for them to tell you any information. Either they don't know answers to questions or they tell you whatever. And their security makes no sense. You don't get any notification when your card is locked or any type of verification. You have to reach out to them. Such a huge inconvenience when you're trying to purchase things decline but also, the app insinuates your card is working when you check your balance while it's locked.

I'm constantly having problems with the record of my transactions disappearing. They will show the day they happen, either paying for something, or recieving payment, but soon they will disappear. They eventually show back up again but sometimes this can take days. The transactions are always correct just the record of the transactions is the problem. Also, their is plenty of other problems with crashes, loading screens that never end, and having to login multiple times.

Fix the app so I can withdraw my money and go elsewhere. Since wisley took over adp I have had nothing but trouble. Don't waste your time with this company. Customer service is zero help. They hang up on you and blame everyone under the sun but themselves when there is an issue. Horrible way to treat your customers when they need access to their money. They also like to decline transactions when funds are available too. Beyond annoying and frustrating. They deserve 0 stats.

unable to put money into my savings envelope all of a sudden using the app. Had to go onto my computer and go to wisley ADP site and it worked that way. It worked a week ago. customer service is at least a 90 minute wait. **update** I found that if you want to add money into savings envelope you have to tap outside the amount box after you enter amount. then it will work. this needs to be fixed...

My card was declined but still went into the negatives. It took almost 3 weeks or longer for it to come out the negatives. The purchase did not go through whatsoever. You guys don't even offer overdraft protection or coverage so why was it put into the negatives instead of simply being declined? On top of that it took 3 weeks for them to get my account back to normal. Haven't used Wisley since. I work too hard for my money to be held up.
