Changed to 3 because if you leave it running you don't have to keep logging in. They make you sign in just to update your log. When having some sort of episode, making people use cognitive skills when they're potentially hypoxic is not the best way to get an accurate log to a patient's healthcare provider. No "remember me" feature to stay logged in. This restriction is NOT in the patient's best interest. They REALLY want you to choose biometrics. You guys are not getting my finger prints.

App is too inconvenient and tedious to use. It's easier and less time consuming for me to use a free-form note taking app instead. Also the privacy agreement and TOS is way too much in their favor. Now after this app has my email I've received an email from another company to keep track of my health history. We are each a set of data points to be exploited for maximum profit.

For a heart monitor app I am really not impressed. When you are trying to log your symptoms you can't hit other and submit an explanation you can't even just submit other you have to pick one of their options. There is no where I could find to type in exactly what happened and how it felt. Also it wanting you to log in every time you want to use the app I think is just stupid. I stopped using the app and used the book. Having a notification to remind you to take it off would be handy to.

Unfortunately because 20-somethings don't get heart monitors that often, the staff didn't think it was important to mention that there was an app where you can log your symptoms, instead they just told me to use the physical booklet like a pilgrim I definitely would've rather preferred the app. Anyway I've only gotten to use the app for a few days because of that but overall I thought it was really easy to use & I especially love that I can record my symptoms right on my device. Very convenient.

The app needs some changes. Your text boxes for custom responses needs to have the number of characters at the least doubled or tripled. Then your time for events need more ranges. Something might last longer than 10 minutes but considerably less than an hour. Maybe add 20 and 40 minutes. And your app coming up asking me what I think of it with the first use is absolutely wrong. How can someone rate the app with it's first use, the beginning of the first use at that.

It's not dependable. It seems like it never stays connected to the internet 😒 my other apps work and are connected but I keep getting notices that this one is not connected to the internet. Sometimes it just times out without syncing/storing or saving the information entered. They should allow me to add a range to the symptom time-line. There's nobway to indicate how long symptoms last. They should allow me to save a custom activity so I don't need to enter 'other' and type it in every time.

If you're anything but flat chested, the adhesive won't last more than a day. It is really frustrating. I wish my doctor had access to other options. I'm on my second device, and while it lasted the night with only one corner coming up, any movement pulls the pad up. I'm seriously thinking of super gluing the dang thing down. Customer service was helpful and kind, though. For something that has to last 14 days, you'd think it'd be better engineered. I don't like it. Symptoms are easy to log.

Having an app to log symptoms is great, however having to log back in each time makes it very inconvenient. The app is supposed to make it easier/save time and this takes away from that. Also makes the auto time stamp of the symptom tracker less accurate (having to take the time to log in each time vs just being able to open the app and hit "log symptom" immediately). Other than that I love the ease of use, and set up was SUPER quick!

This app is not a great replacement for the notebook, not convenient at all. App is unable to log "others" for symptoms. When I choose "other" I cannot hit continue, either remove "other" or provide a text field like we would have one in the notebook log that is available to us. please fix.

Super easy app! I would have filled the log book within the first 24 hours of receiving the monitor, so being able to log more entries is helpful- I will need more than 50 symptom entries, but I can figure that out later. Took off a star- if I don't close out the app, it will sometimes open back up & kick me out of what I'm working on. I wish it connected to the monitor so that I could log symptoms with the corresponding times I clicked the monitor.

The app is more convenient than carrying around the log book. I wish the app knew when I pressed the button. I thought that if I pressed the button it would prompt me to record an entry or it would as least have the date and time saved and I would just need to add some details. With everything around being a "smart" device it is hard to remember that not everything is.

The app is simple and works well -- much easier than writing in a journal, although the app allows only 100 characters (maybe this is a good thing). Giving it 4 stars because there's no way of verifying that the log entry has been received or of editing an entry (it's fine that the app says the log entry was saved, but can I trust that it was successfully transmitted to iRhythm Technologies?). Here's a use case -- I'm riding my bike, feel my heart racing, click the device, but can't stop to make a log entry. So, I'd like a way of recording the time and later making/updating the log entry with details.

Dumbest holter monitor I've ever had. It's my 4th in the last 8 years. Previous units were wired or Bluetooth to a dedicated phone. While this unit is nice because it's smaller, there's no connectivity. I always knew if those other models were connected or not. With this unit/app I'm just assuming it's still getting readings. No haptic feedback between app and unit. For all I know, I could have this horribly itchy thing in for 2 weeks and discover it got no readings after the first day.

So it's better than writing in the book, what a low standard. When I try to call for information I get a message saying that my call can't be completed now and to try later. So no support is lousy support. Back to the app; when you select other and fill out symptoms, there is no way to know if what you wrote is recorded. In my opinion they just threw together an app because of complaints about the book. I found all this out in about 3 hours of wearing.

Easy to use, no glitches or speed issues. Worked as needed when I needed it. Only suggestion would be to link it with the monitor so you can see the dates/times you hit the button. I was working for most of it so I'd hit the button, but have customers and couldn't pull my app out to log how I felt. I'd go to do it later but couldn't always remember the times, especially if there were multiple occurrences. It would be nice to see the readings to know it's working too. You really just don't know.

Definitely need to add selections for things like chest pressure, heart pounding, palpitations; pain in back, arms; tingling in extremities. Would definitely benefit from being able to have more characters for logging as well. Needs to be more connected to the app, so that time/date of pressing the button shows up in the app for later logging. You can't always stop and log. No way to go back and find out if/when you hit the button.

It would be better to be able to see some of the events potentially happening, kind of like you can with a kardia mobile. Also to be able to see when you press the little button when you can feel an arrhythmia, so you are able to go back and document it better. you got a booklet but if you feel heart arrhythmias at a time you can't go write it down you're going to forget by the time you remember to log it. also the glue that holds it on is not great if you have adhesive sensitivities.

This app is pure garbage. I'd give it zero stars if I could. It forces logout all the time (and don't give me any nonsense about regulations -- there is NOTHING in HIPAA which requires that). It doesn't support vaulting of passwords (so I've had to make the password easy to remember since I cannot copy and paste from my vault into the password field). I've had to do multiple password resets just to keep using the app. Biometric integration is bug

It requires either a password or biometrics everytime you want to log an issue. The customer service line just ends the call repeatedly and you never get to speak to a person. If you google "zio scam" you get some interesting results. I was already suspicious about this company when I saw influencers making videos on it. Seriously? Your device can't stand on it's own? Sus.

I think this device is useless, adhesive causes a horrible rash and the app is only good IF you have symptoms to log. no other real purpose imo. don't recommend. I feel it would be beneficial for patients to be able to see what is going on while using the app instead of having to wait until the collected data is analyzed AFTER returning the device and following up with their cardiologist. only a select few would even be able to understand the data collected so for those who would, it helps.
