better than innocaption I am moving off grid and my new place doesn't handle innocaption very well. it's dependent on wifi calling. didn't like that so I tried this one and tested it with family member at another location with better signal. works pretty well. wish I could change default phone app though is my only suggestion for owner.

This app is amazing. I can even get captions for conversations in person, without being part of a phone call.

Love this app, old phone died and had to buy a new phone. Naglish no longer would receive incoming calls. Working with Support we determined it was the simm card. Got ahold of my phone service provider and they sent me a new simm card. Everything working again. Nagish support was probably the best experience I have ever had and they kept right along with me getting issue solved. Turns out problem was on my end with my service provider and Nagish support helped me get to the bottom of issue.

Great app!! Really sophisticated yet easy to use and it's free. Recommend!!!

Captions come up very slowly and usually I see 3 dots moving for awhile before I see what the other person said. Meanwhile the other person is asking "can you hear me?" over and over. Frustrating. I just tried using it again for an important call that I wanted to make sure I got the correct info from. The call started with captions, but then they stopped altogether and I had to scramble to find another phone to put next to it and use LiveTranscribe to find out what was being said. Garbage app.

No way to copy text from the app to anything else. This is not progress, but rather regress. Even the old Palm Treo phones let you copy and paste text pretty much anywhere. EDIT: THIS CAN BE WORKED AROUND BY EMAILING TO ONESELF WHEN SHARING THE TRANSCRIPT. The 'copy url' button that works in most apps does not work in this app: URL do not lead to the transcripts.

Nagish has given me the confidence to be independent and handle phone calls to resolve conflicts and handle conversations that I always had to rely on others to do for me. I love love love Nagish!! Life changing! 🤟

BEST APP EVER FOR HEARING IMPAIRED! Easy to use and they keep adding more great features. You can't go wrong with this app. THANK YOU, NAGISH!!

I appreciate the attempted technical support a couple of times, but I'm in need of a more developed tool with consistency for my needs. Thoughts: The conversation between myself and the other parties are very delayed and are of bad quality. And each time I open the app, for some reason it forces my phone's phonebook open for me to add it as a contact. it has been added 10 times already. maybe it's not designed to work with Android. I would love to stay, but it's not ready yet. Disappointed...

I can never get this app set up so it's utterly useless it asked me to put my phone number in which I do and then it keeps asking me over and over again to do the same thing I cannot get past that screen even though I'm putting in the code that you're sending me it still goes right back to asking me to put my phone number in to get started I cannot get this to work therefore it is useless

I installed this for my dad who is hearing impaired and it's life changing! The translations are totally accurate and any delay is slight, if at all. Customer support was immediate and fantastic too. He is so happy he can finally understand conversations without frustration! He just needs to remember to LOOK now instead of holding phone to his ear! Thanks for helping my dad.

I'm so very blessed for this wonderful app. About a month ago, I was dreaming of an app that could take the other caller talking on my loud speaker and see the words due to hearing impaired. Voila!!! I absolutely love it. For my experience, you must take into consideration my phone, data plan, reception, etc as to how well it works for each person. God bless you Nagish for this phenomenal app that is free which helps disabled on fixed incomes!

This is the single best option I've been able to find for an IP Relay service aside from T-Mobiles option which is showing its age. The key difference between this and T-Mobile is that T-Mobile actually offers two-way human agents, with Nagish you HAVE TO use the AI voice option to achieve the same level of communication flexibility. Unfortunately, the AI voice used here is VERY outdated, mid 2010 TTS, it fails to verbalise many nouns slang and even "mhm", all while sounding highly robotic.

This is great for those who are deaf, hard of hearing, or just want a transcript of their calls. Only issue I've found so far is that when you have someone already in your phone book and they call you, their name doesn't come up at all so you're having to guess who is calling

When someone calls, sometimes I don't get the call. I will get a notification of the missed call. I had somebody call me four times to try to get a hold of me I got her on the fourth time and then I got three notifications that I missed the earlier calls. I can't have that. Uninstalling the app now.

I really love Nagish!! I can now read the spoken words on the Screen of my Phone, and I don't have to worry about missing parts of the Call anymore!! Is there any possibility that I can use my regular Cell Phone Number with the Nagish App?? I found out why my Ringtone didn't work with the Nagish Number, I had to go through the Settings, and issue the Ringtone that I wanted for the Nagish App!! Nagish makes a WONDERFUL APP!!

It was an amazing app for me to commincate I am completely deaf, it wasn't about hearing my people. It was about the live interaction i got during the call that I was able to read what they were saying and I was able to speak at the same time. if I didn't remember what they said, I could go back and read it. i don't have ttyy accessibility. just my android phone. This app has some issues, but if we speak with the support they will open heartedly listen to you. sms feature would be awesome

Uninstalled seconds after install. This app first asks for your phone number, which i understand is because it is a phone call/texting type app, but secondly it asks for my full name. Not just my "Full Name" but my name as shown on government ID. that is where I draw the line. You don't need my full legal name to convert voice to text. Sorry but that is suspicious in my opinion.

I wish there was also the ability to add custom quick replies, but this app is amazing! I like that I don't have to deal with multiple people, and there's less risk for miscommunication. I'm very happy I found this!!! I feel like I can actually make the calls I need to now!

captioning is accurate! although there is a slight delay between when the person on the other line speaks and when the caption appears. still, it works well.Customer service is amazing 👏 The only thing I really wish Nagish would add to the experience is sound alerts (such as laughter, coughing, etc.). When I make a joke and the other person laughs.. it looks like akward silence to me 🫣. I have recently been playing with the voice captioning. It appears to be fairly accurate as well!
