Description
Been using Nanit for a couple months now. It’s basically a smart baby monitor that uses computer vision to track your baby’s sleep, activity, and other metrics. Pretty solid app if you’re a new parent looking to better understand your little one’s patterns and needs.
Here’s what you can do with Nanit: it tracks your baby’s sleep, including when they’re awake, fussy, or sleeping soundly. And there’s also features to monitor room conditions like temperature and humidity. And the app gives you a daily ‘sleep score’ and summary of how the night went, which is really handy.
Look, if you’re a new parent, you’ll probably find Nanit really useful. It’s not perfect – the camera can be a bit finicky to set up and the insights aren’t always 100% accurate. But overall it does a great job of giving you a window into your baby’s world and helping you figure out their sleep schedule.
Editor Opinion
I've tested a bunch of baby monitors and sleep tracking apps, and Nanit is one of the better ones I've tried. The computer vision tech is pretty impressive and gives you a lot of useful data about your baby's activities. The daily sleep reports are especially helpful for new parents trying to get on top of their little one's sleep patterns. The only downsides are that the setup can be a bit tricky and the insights aren't always as accurate as I'd like. But overall, it's a pretty solid option if you want an advanced baby monitor with lots of useful features.
