REQUIRE A COMMERCIAL account to use. So complete ostracized your DIY guys. I would have to go on my laptop to order parts. OR I can judt go to Autozone first bc that's an app for us DIY I guess. So i guess NAPA doesn't want my money.
Liked the old app much better. Keeps kicking me out and have to log in again. Also have to have the phone sideways to see the whole screen.
After the change it's very difficult to use and no notes section available not impressed at all it worked well before . They should put back the old version
Absolutely useless. I downloaded this app. And when I opened it to create a profile, it only gives me the option to sign in. There is no options to create a profile.
Has the owner of 7 Napa Auto Care Centers in South Florida of instructed all of my stores and employees to remove this app this app is corrupt and does not work correctly the original app works great but since they redesigned it 3 months ago it no longer serves me or my stores any purpose it crashes my POS it crashes my tablets it crashes my phones
Use this app when I was interning at a mechanic shop, the owner allowed me access his account, I probably am still signed up for it, not sure how to delete this but on the same hand, would like to keep it because it was a really easy way to look up parts. I really like the app though and would like to keep using it, but I am not working in a commercial way when it comes to mechanic work. Can you make the app available individuals?
Bar code scanner not working too good. I would rate it a little higher if you could set a default state. Selecting the state everytime you enter a car gets old.
Will not save vehicles to garage after multiple attempts. Lettering in app is over the top of other letters. Can't search parts because I can't save vehicles. One big mess.
This is very nice especially since it's free. It's simple and integrates with Napa Tracs Enterprise shop management software. It saves time and reduces incorrect vin number errors. A must have for any repair shop.
This relaunched app is great for prolink users! With your camera, you actually have the ability to scan VIN #s and license plates. Searching for parts in the app is almost identical to prolink on the computer, even has current inventory in your servicing stores as well as their warehouses. And all the information loads to your desktop.
