So here's my take on Natural Cycles - Birth Control. I've tried a bunch of period/fertility tracking apps and this one's pretty solid. The science behind it is legit, and I like that it's a completely natural, hormone-free method of birth control. And no more popping pills or dealing with side effects. That said, the temperature tracking can be a little finicky, and it does take some getting used to. But if you're committed to using it, it can be a game-changer.

I love it and haven't had issues, it does take effort to track and take your temps and follow what the app says. But I agree with other negative reviews...
