This app doesn't work, it needs to be fixed. Apparently something is wrong that doesn't allow it to work properly. It let's me Log in, but once logged in, it doesn't view any of my load information nor let's me do any updates nor input any information. It's so inconvenient. 👎

The app works great. If something looks off, we contact the client for a load to be updated. Updates happen immediately. However, some loads get changed at the last second without any notice. It would be useful if the app can give you a push notification whenever a change is implemented. It does not matter what type of change it is. Update: Notifications have been turned on yet I fail to receive any type of push notification. Also, the temperature for each load needs to be added in the app.

Update on Update: Every time mobile app is updated it's getting worse and worse! UPDATE: THE MOST STUPID LOGIN PROCESS! PERIOD!!! App is OK. The log-in process is a nightmare. If you don't refresh it often, you'll have to go through the stupid verification process, with code emailed to you 10 times a day!? I don't know what "genius" came up with this bs? It used to be simple with 4 digits login. Even Charles Schwab mobile app has 6 digits login code, and that's it. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE

I am falling completely out with this company I went from booking with them all the time. They took my broker away from me that works good with me. The app is completely trash. I try to book loads it tells me that it's not available. You can't reach nobody on the phone. If you do they can't do something as simple as book a load. They are trash unless you connected with the right person.

the web only feature really rips you off. not allowing for personal rate needs.. not communicating with anyone just awfully accepts or rejected notifications. doesn't auto track like it's supposed to. joke so your scores don't even match your work ethics.... still have to manually do everything...

app freezes way too much then lose the load

PUSH NOTIFY doesn't work, at least not like how I need them too. IE, When I put in offer in, gets rejected, then it's approved done time later, I don't know that it had been approved. ANOTHER, I would like to save favorites (for considerating). OTHER, I would like to be able to save searches as I find another load in the prospective delivered areas, then go back without a hassle.

It was good before. Starting 2025, it's impossible to find load going anywhere over 600 miles. The load board only has short run loads,

this app is always breaking down, it is never available, and the call center is a bunch of foreigners that can't understand you and you can't understand them.

Easy to use like most load board apps. I like the fact you can call broker directly and not have to get transferred to "that broker". Haven't seen rates listed so maybe that's a negative. As an Owner-op I don't like fishing into the unknown. If I see a rate and think I can negotiate a little more than I'll cast away. If rate is to low then I won't bother. By not being able to see rates I feel I am just wasting my time and I'll move to next load board

after most recent update, it is basically unusable. Can't search loads and crashes all the time.

reliable,fast,detailed. suggestion can you put the phone number of the agent or broker for the specific load before the driver book that load, so we can talk directly with the person that has the load before the driver accept the counter offer.

can you add something to your app so lease purchase operators can go on your load board. many of us can pick our own loads, we just need to find a load, get the reference number and send it to our DM so the DM can book the load. the volume to your app would increase drastically if that were an option.

it tracks loads, and that's about it. any notes or demands from the shipper are not shown. "Open in maps" frequently shows the wrong location, often enough the wrong state.

app does not track most of the time. using galaxy fold 5. all tracking permissions are on set too all the time.

The updated version is a complete disaster! Why did you mess with the older app??? I guess to make it more pretty and non-working... It makes so much "sense" ! Now you can't even find what you looking for, it shows loads from 2,000 miles away from my search location, after that it sign me out and refused to sign me back in... 🤔 Great job developers 👏

Navisphere Carrier app is easy to use, and I really don't have any issues with it at all. I suppose it's as easy as it gets. I can book loads 24/7 as I need to.

I'd like to know what this thing is doing in the background when I'm not even under the load. I started charging 4 hours ago at 14% and it's only to 20. This happened right after I installed this thing. I had to turn off location to start receiving a charge. I don't need to be tracked at home 15 hours before I pickup. Y'all are way too intrusive.

Recent update making the APP crash after a couple of seconds. Lots of good improvements from last review. Recent update removed fuel finder. Why?Unable to save searches. Save search filter not working like it should. Newest update made a mess of this APP. Fix ability to save searches, filters etc. Currently giving irrelevant or wrong searches. Fix equipment filter on Carrier APP. Not working after last update.

This app sucks! Ever since it updated on August 1st, you have to log in EVERY time you open it. Even though the driver has all the notifications ON for tracking it seems like it's now intermittent at best. Also, there is no longer the option to get an advance through the app so now we go back to having to sit on hold and wait for 30 to 45 minutes to get an advance from a person?? CH Robinson just keeps getting worse and worse. But hey, as long as the head honchos get their bonuses...
