It’s a good tool to use for memorization of the TMS. You can record and playback within the app to test yourself, which is a step above using note cards for practice. On top of that there are several other features that are useful.

This is a basic app to help with Bible memorization. There are a few activities to do to help, and a scoring/points system if you are competitive.
Nice app with downloadable TMS workbook in pdf and the capability to change to different Bible translations. However the types and size fonts are not customisable according to phone screen, making the interface a bit ugly.
I am so thankful for another help/aid in scripture memorization. I especially like the quick record and playback feature allowing you to “hear” the scripture while you follow along, checking for accuracy.
This has all the Navigators Topical Memory System verses. It is very helpful since my phone is usually with me. Initially I had trouble seeing all of the longer verses. But the creator contacted me quickly and all I needed to do was set my device font a little smaller.
Not worth the money. Just a few verses and whether you’ve memorised or not. Could have done it myself. Also, the app is so poorly designed that part of the screen obscures the verses if they are long. I bought this a couple of years ago and thought I’d give it another go. It’s a […]
Great tool for memorizing and reviewing Bible verses. The Navigator’s have chosen key Bible verses and organized them in a logical, topical system that enables the user to recall scripture applicable to numerous life situations. I just wish it included RSV.
Good program. It gets the job done – and it looks like a lot of time and effort has been spent to produce it in it’s current state. … Quirks: *Record? What does it do? Anything? *I like the “mail” a friend”-but, I think there’s so many other ‘share’ options more relevant (even though I’m […]
There are no in app settings to change the size of text. Some of the verses get cut off by menus. For me, it was unusable. I decided to get the physical cards and holder. I gave it 2 stars only because its intent was good. Best of luck.
I used the Navigator’s Topical Memory System when I was in college in the late 1960’s. I started using it again last year and I’m seriously trying to memorize two verses a week in 2025. For those of you who think you are too old to memorize Bible verses, be encouraged. I’m 76 and I’m […]
This app functions well! It has all the Nav TMS verses available and categorized. I would like a flashcard type of feature which doesn’t seem to be a part of this app. It seems I have to click inside each verse from a list, then come back out to the list to get to the […]
I’ve used the TMS system in the past when it was printed on cards. I was excited about the possibility of doing it via an app. Unfortunately other than being able to register my name, it wouldn’t get started. Please let me know if you get this fixed. I would like to use this app […]
I love it! I have been struggling to be regular in scripture memory and review. The app takes advantage of the fact that I always have my phone with me! I like the little bells and encouragement when I review a verse or learn a new one. Now I’m trying to get other family members […]
I love the concept. I have been a fan for many years of the TMS and it’s so much more accessible with the app. I would have given 5 stars but you can’t see the entire verse unless you use the smallest setting in fonts. At my age, that’s not something I will consider. But […]
Great app. I memorized the TMS back when there were only cards and verse packs. The app makes “reclaiming” these verses I have not reviewed in years and get them once again fresh on the tablet of my heart. I find it much easier for the Spirit to help me take every thought captive to […]
Good setup for verse memorization. It’s now my go-to when I’m waiting somewhere and internet’s down. Well-organized layout. Small issue with longer verses getting cut off, but the app gives the reference, so I can just look those up and use the cut-off card as a prompt.
quiteThis app almost takes me back to the old TMS version with a verse pack and flash cards that I would memorize walking to and from class. i have not quite mastered that with one hand yet. The process is very good, but I’m still needing to make it more comfortable. I feel that I […]
Looks great. Just got it…Would be great if recorded verses were stored as links so users could do audio reviews of verses or sections. also, if the font is set large enough to be easy to read, many of the larger verses are not visible in their entirety.
I am well into my 50’s and have always struggled with memorising scripture. In just a few weeks I have managed to memorise 1-2 verses weekly. If I have a spare moment I open the app and go through the verses I’m working on. The record/playback feature is very helpful. I had trouble at first […]
This is a great app for folks who may struggle with memorization. There are only two corrections I would suggest, the ability to see the complete scripture on the main page or be able to scroll to see it. Some verses are too long to be fully visable upon opening. Also there is a discrepancy […]
