Your system half the time doesn't show the balance left in the account and won't let video calls be done... Saying there isn't enough in the account when there is plenty left to do video call. I haven't been able to do a video call with my loved one in two days. Thanks for nothing.

Edit** Thank you for having an update in the works. I can't wait to see the improvements. Keep up the good work. A lot of updates are needed. Its very buggy. Logging in is a huge hassle. And during video visits the camera is horrible and the inmates have a hard time seeing us. Its $6.00 per call and it's constantly messing up even if there is a perfect network or WiFi connection. Please do something about this.

I was loving this app, added 50 bucks to it but now suddenly I can't send messages and it's not showing any balance on my end? I know without a doubt I had plenty of money and now it's only showing.... well, nothing. Not even a dollar amount, not even a $0 balance. I don't understand.

It only half works not sure if it's because of the app or the box at the jail but calls can be hard to hear and have a loud buzzing sound to them and then when the visit starts a good potion of the visits we paid for up to 2 minutes of a white screen because it wouldn't show up on like 9 different occasions other than that and then taking forever to approve pictures it was ok wish it had more options like jailatm

Video calls can be extremely frustrating, the box attempts to follow your face and blur out the background (which i understand why) but even with the slightest twitch the video dissappears until you hold completely still. Messaging works well. Sending a video came out distorted. Basically- messaging and sending pics works most of the time(updates can make the app glitch or ask to verify billing account) extremely helpful tool to stay in touch w/loved ones but needs some work to get 5 stars.

So far my experience with this app is not a pleasant one. My picture has been approved, my ID, my billing, and the inmate have all been approved. The app will easily take my money, but when it comes to messaging, and or video calling, I get an error message stating I'm not authorized to send messages. The support feature in the app is anything but useful.

This app should let us type more than 140 spaces. You can't even get a whole message in, you have to send multiple. The camera is always going on and off during video visits which is annoying. Why does the inmate get the option to block us since we're paying for it? I shouldn't have to put money on it and him block me when he gets mad. I pay for this app. That option should honestly be removed for inmates. The entire app needs to be fixed.

Like the new layout/color scheme. I haven't had any issues opening the app since update (mine automatically updated). The issue I'm now having since the latest update is that I no longer receive a notification when a message is sent to me. Update 3/14/2023 Issue with no notifications was fixed, but since that fix now unable to send short videos. Says that my camera isn't working, but can take/send pictures all day long....grr

This app or even the website are not good. I refuse to find the account anymore. We try to have video visit but half the time the signal is so bad. I can't hear him but every few words and see him maybe 4 times on the video during the whole call. We spend more time him trying to get signal going in and out of the call. It's ridiculous. I miss the getting out app or securus actual app.

After speaking to tech support the problem was not with the app, but with the jail. As usual the facility was not being truthful. I truly think they enjoy distressing others. Forgive me Miserable app! Seldom loads and when it does it glitches. It takes money for phone calls from incarcerated. I couldn't get the inmate approved for chats or video visits. When I inserted their name for approval request, " Error duplicate contact " pops up. I've used similar apps, NEVER as useless and frustrating!

Terrible experience since the recent update... it's updated twice in the past week. Last night I couldn't even access the video call thru the app or thru the actual website on a computer. Today, just now we had another visit this time the video pops up and you can only see like 3/4 of theirs and mine face! Makes me not want to pay for it at all now. On top of that the video showing part of our face constantly moves around. So frustrating.

The app glitches out regularly, even after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Randomly will not notify me when I get messages from an Inmate, as well as not upload Inmate responses until the following day sometimes. Completely unable to schedule in-person visits, inaccurate error messages. Called NCIC customer support multiple times, promises to address the issues, nothing has changed or been remedied for the better

This app is absolute hot garbage! It randomly stops working and even stopping the app, clearing cache or clearing the storage do nothing to help it work. It will tell you that you have messages when you don't or won't tell you about them till hours later. I've rebooted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing.

dashboard loads and loads and loads forever and never stops. I cannot access anything on it! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. The navigation on this app is absolutely horrific with glitches and bugs. Unfortunately, we have no other option but to use it. The web version does allow me to access my dashboard though.

I went through the whole process including taking a picture of my driver's license and when I tried to finish and accept everything it asked me to do, when I pushed the pay portion of the app, it said error visitor not approved. What's up with that. I said in the type of visitor section that the inmate was a close friend, I'm wondering if for some reason, that was the problem. Anyway I guess I need to call the support number to find out what the issue is.

When will there be a update because the charges are so not correct. Because it's taking more money each use!

This app is horrible!!!! they won't let you delete your account and if you log off and redownload the app it logs you back in with no credentials necessary what so ever! goes straight back in. I'm so upset. if anyone knows of a way to delete account please!!! let me know.

New Update Failed Miserably. I have tried to record a small video various times (((7 to be exact))), and it will not send. I have also tried to send pictures, and it won't open the option to choose a picture. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it is still not helping me at all. I was also charged $18 for a call that froze once it connected, which is total bs!

I don't know what happened,but I've been using this app to text my my son with no problem. Now, for some reason, the button to text is now over my back button, and it keeps taking back to the home screen. It's very frustrating.

It's necessary if you have anyone locked up to download this app .Although I've had some trouble using it . I found it nerve-racking when trying to add someone new. I also don't like how your text messages can only be 200 letters not words in order to send them .
