Just realized that I got charged 45 bucks but don't remember activating the account. I tried canceling in Google play, doesn't show up in subscriptions. I try the support chat, they can't find my email address in the system but are gonna send me an email, ah ok. I go back into the app go to settings>plans>then there is a drop down arrow under your subscription plan, I click it and it gives the option to cancel. Why won't they say that instead of sending you to Google. SO SCAMMY

Bought a $1 reading off of an advert out of sheer curiosity. Nowhere did it say that I would be signed up for a subscription by doing so. Out of nowhere got charged $45 for a subscription. Tried to cancel. Have not yet received a refund I asked for. Pretty shady business model. It does not make clear at the beginning what you are actually siging up for, and if I knew I was being signed up for a subscription I would have passed.

Complete scam. They charged me for a scan type deal, complete with starseed info. They neglected to tell me that even after I paid for it, I only had a limited time to read it. I no longer have access to what I paid for. THEN.... on my brand new card that only they had the info to, they tried to charge my account twice for $50. I had to replace my new card, because it's not like they make getting in touch with them easy. I really thought this one could be cool, as I wanted to learn more.

This app is awful. Too many notifications, too much fluff, forces you to pay extra, hides the settings to cancel, sets it up for after 7 days, so if you forget, you get charged, the app is way too busy, have to wait over an hour for fake generalized report that will not give any witch information until day 8 which just so happens to be the day after the free trial. If I could give this negative stars, I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. FALSE ADVERTISING for sure! I followed an ad through social media and yes, they did in fact charge the $1 ONE TIME FEE they said they would (NO SUBSCRIPTION EVER MENTIONED). The problem came today when I received a charge for $45 subscription that supposedly someone else wrote on a review that they let you know of the $45 charge before agreeing to purchase and I have to deny that claim. I want to know how I can unsubscribe so I can delete this app ASAP.

Do not get this app! It is impossible to unsubscribe from it. Total scam! They make you pay for your "free trial" and then you can't get out of it without going to a different website! It automatically charges you the night before. It does not appear in my subscriptions in Google play because I used a different email and it says my password is wrong. No email from them to change my password. I was able to get a refund through the email address they provided but don't waste your money with this.

I clicked through an ad for Nebula. They offered a free trial for $1 so I agreed to that. Each time I tried to cancel they offered to extend free time. Last time they offered a month. Hasn't been a full month already charged $19. Scammy app hides how to cancel. Just tried to contact support got rudely told it's been a month which it hasn't. They charged my form of payment early. Beware!!! Got a response overnight saying no refund.

I am completely dissatisfied with the app. Following the download and utilization of the trial, I initiated the cancellation process prior to the subscription's expiration date. Unfortunately, the application lacked a cancellation option, and cancellation was also unavailable through the app store. I then reviewed the feedback section, where the developer instructed users to contact them via email. Despite sending an email requesting cancellation, I was still charged $45. I want my money back!

The app never got past my palm and then it just crashed and did not open to where we left off. But after reading the reviews I decided to just unsubscrib. The app charged me after I went through the proper way to unsubscribe 20 minutes after I subscribed. They then charged me again at my bank and once on PayPal. Edit for better composition.

charged 45 with no warning. finding a way to cancel is nearly impossible. asked for a refund they responded immediately saying I wasn't eligible for a refund but they offered me 300 credits for chats& 2 readings. I stated again I just wanted a refund. they responded with an offer for 50% refund, 150 credits and two readings. so I took the second offer. I didn't have to wait for them to get back to me at all, which was very helpful. the issue was resolved within a few emails

It's a good standard, perfect for newcomers to these subjects. For advanced people, there is not enough insight, for example you can be more than one starseed, have more traits. Although you have to give all your personal information and pay, the result is lacking fundamental personal information. I recommend it only to beginners.

I thought the idea was good, and readings were accurate in the beginning. After some days past, I realized it was not accurate. Additionally, they charged me for a subscription a week later. Subscriptions- to my knowledge are typically monthly and I was not sent any warnings. I contacted customer service and they told me I knew what I signed up for and shifted accountability. I should have believed people's reviews.

To cancel your trial or subscription, go to their website. I couldn't remember making a password so I put in my e-mail and said "forgot password" and reset it. Logged in that way. Was able to cancel that way. I recommend deleting your account afterwards so there are no mystery charges later. The horoscope info was okay, but for the price and because of all the sketchiness going on, I am not keeping this app.

Tried to do a $1 reading that wouldn't load in the app but they kept the dollar. Apparently, when you do the dollar reading you're signing up for a $45 subscription which I was not made aware of at the time. Read the fine print!!! Contacted support and it's a 3 day wait for them to respond. Now they can't steal more because my card is locked but we'll see if they try. The free horoscopes are fine, but don't buy from this app!

This app seemed great at first, but it's just a scam to get you to pay for it. Every time you click on something, a new ad for premium pops up. I understand all apps have ads, but this particular app is just grotesquely over the top. Also, it gives you an option to put your partner in for a comprehensive reading, and afterwards it tells you in order to read it, you have to pay for premium OR you can invite your partner. I invited my partner via the link, it never unlocked anything. Scam. 🤷🏼‍

I paid for a one-time animal totem reading for $1.99, then received a countdown saying that the opportunity to use a psychic was going to expire. I did't want their psychic service, so i allowed it to expire, but now, 1 wk later, I discover I'm being charged like $45!!!! Trying to rectify it was difficult & required extra steps, including leaving the app to go to an actual webpage just to see if you are under a subscription plan. They will take your money behind your back! Do NOT recommend!

Terrible app. I wanted to cancel my subscription prior to the end of the trial period. However, this app kept rejecting my password - even after resetting it multiple times. I reached out via email to the support link on the site. Never got an answer. I was finally able to cancel the subscription via the automated chat. I got charged $45 for something I didn't want. This app is worse than buying a timeshare.

don't download this app! too much fluff, impossible to cancel and even when you follow the step by step instructions- they will charge you 45 dollars anyway. I reached out and they let me know I'm not eligible for a refund. they offered credits but I don't want those and never agreed to it. no where in the ad does it mention psychic readings and that's all I see available. I was told I won't be charged again, we shall see.... this app is not worth a dollar let alone 45. don't do it!

Do not download unless you want to pay $45 for nothing. You can get free horoscopes and readings anywhere. Features on the app cost additional fees which makes no sense if you have a subscription. It clearly says "Money back guaranteed" and I was told I could request a refund through support. I asked for the refund and of course I got the run around for 2 days, then all of a sudden they could no longer provide a refund after I provided my info. I had the app for less than 2 weeks. Never again.

was offered the free trial which I thought was for 14 days but wasn't, it was 7, but I was charged on the last day of the trial(which should end at midnight). Don't you have to pay after that last free trial day, if you don't cancel, which is impossible to do? I was on the phone with my bank for over an hour trying to figure out why my card kept declining. This app was flagged as fraudulent, my card had to be canceled, luckily I still have access to my money! This is redic & very misleading!
