Good to help stay in the loop of things since so much crime going on. Extra plus to help keep you, your neighbors aware.Too much happening, I think we need more neighborhood watch as well. The police need to drive by troll more areas. But having the cameras and the neighbors app has helped many to know whats going on and capture people. God bless stay safe neighbors take care of each other look out for each other, we have to in todays world. Work with our local law enforcement it takes a group.

This is an amazing app! Even if you don't have a Ring, it has incredible community and engagement! I love getting the notifications of things happening in the neighborhood. Lost pets, found pets, hoodlums, suspicious doings, and more! It's making me want to get a Ring just to be able to help share vids, too!

There's been an ongoing glitch. I cannot see what I'm typing when leaving comments. The keyboard covers everything I'm typing.

Amazing app for community awareness, safety, security, unity. I just wish they would ease back the privacy invasions. I can't even get in on my old phone because they updated the identity verification!!! 🤷 I understand they're trying to discourage fraud, abusve and hoax posts; but that shouldn't limit any of our accounts until we start violating the community guidelines.

I love this app because it actually gets used for what it was meant for. Neighbors looking out for their neighbors! Some funny, some fed up posts (understandable) but mostly just everyone looking out for eachother. I also value the anonymous, no address user type. it ensures more safety and will encourage those who are standoffish to come forward with anything they feel is important and not be worried!

Useless! I am trying to warn my neighbors about a person who recurrently trespasses, but the reviewers never approve my posts. After I draft a post to warn my neighbors about a dangerous situation in the neighborhood, I always get an email that says, "Your post was not approved because the information provided did not include any of the actions required for reporting individuals on Neighbors." I follow the guidelines very closely, and less than a minute after my submission, it is disapproved.

I dont know why you have a report button when you leave the abusers of the app to continue to spam the message board. Every couple minutes a day the same idiot posts "How are the roads", he gets reported and we have to put up with it all over again in a few minutes. I have to uninstall this app to get any peace. edit 9/26. Apparently you dont take it too seriously. I'm pretty sure me and at least 20 other people have reported it and wrote, yet the abusers continues.

The most terrible app available for neighborhood safety. We have tried posting videos regarding public safety but every single one of our posts get denied. Yet they approve 100 posts about the same question or 100 posts about a minor earthquake. I'm not sure who moderates the content in our area but they need to be terminated. I can show my post history so you can see that my posts are being denied for no reason.

Since the last update I can't see my comments as I'm typing them. The little comment bar is hidden by the keyboard and only a few words are visible at a time when I minimize the keyboard. I made enough typos already thanks!

I've spent hours upon hours on this app and its functionality... I've had a ring doorbell for a long time and I've had my fair share of issues with it. When trying to use neighbors ,I set it up and it placed my address in a different city. The most frustrating part is that you cannot change it or update it in the app or online. I spent hours going through every article and knowledge base they have, and just spent another hour on chat with their support! They can't fix it. Not renewing plan!
