Well the app worked for a total of 15 days, use to auto log me in and now it’s useless because it won’t sign in. I guess this is a way for the update cult to force you update the app except now I’m completely locked out of something that cost me over $300. Good […]

IMPORTANT: They’re CONSTANTLY updating their software. It’s now genuinely fantastic! I’m genuinely surprised how good this app is. Definitely get this power splitter if you need one. Their customer service is better than anything I’ve ever experienced. No, they did not pay me for this review – I’m just autistic. ๐
I can not add a new vehicle. The app just shows a black screen.
-Doesn’t connect with PG&E meter/account. -Display cuts off info lines so I cannot see actual rate $ amounts for each rate type to manual enter. -You cannot set a charge schedule to “block out” times… e.g. AVOID “peak hour” times (Tesla doesn’t either) only a “car should be ready by” time… which doesn’t help/add anything […]
It’s a good start but needs some improvement. All I need is a simple to know the cost to charge my EV.
cost for changing is not working, editing my zip code doesn’t work.
App keeps crashing, won’t open. Tried to uninstall and reinstall. No luck. Also doesn’t follow schedule setup and woken up to cars with no charge on them. Love the idea but app has a lot of bugs and the unit overrides percentage of charge setup and automatically drops it 50% max charge.
I’ve been using this splitter for a while now. The device works. The original software works but the new version is useless. I can’t do anything with it. Most of the time, it tells me that the device is not connected. If I remember correctly, the original version even allows me to set different amp […]
In general the device that this application supports is quite interesting. Getting the hardware installed is easy, but the app appears to be buggy. I am unable to select a utility or a electrical rate, but would be happy simply putting in only a rate but neither selection works. Secondarily I am unsure if the […]
I was previously using a mix of TeslaFi and NeoCharge to track my EV charging, but with the recent improvements to the NeoCharge app, including SRP rate plan support, I’m now using NeoCharge exclusively for this info. Please keep the improvements coming to this great product!
Works really well for managing a plug shared between a dryer and ev. Support is really responsive and has helped with any issues I’ve come across.
No longer works. can’t login, can’t reset password, and can’t register. The device itself also stopped working after 5 months and there is no support.
Had it installed for about a week. Works perfectly. The App gives a lot of useful information including a history of how much power your EV and dryer are using during each session.
bait and switch. bought a $350 switch to schedule time charging, and now thats a subscription service for $8 a month.
decent app for monitor charging cost and energy used. Wishing add more statistics such as temperature monitor for splitter
repeated email requesting a phone call to my toll free number over 6 months have not happened and my problem continues. Emails are not helping. ready to disconnect and do scheduled charging manually. Zero stars for lack of support.
A very minor annoyance for me is the Audi Q4 graphic. There’s no graphic for the Sportback Q4, only the standard SUV. App works great for our needs though!
the smart splitter and app are awesome. Until I discovered the smart splitter I was looking at a panel upgrade in order to charge my EV. this definitely saved me lots of time, grief and money.
This was the perfect solution for us. I use the app with the Smart Splitter to optimize scheduled charging with 2 EVโs. One of them is a Volvo XC60 plug-in hybrid that does not have native scheduled charging. The latest update allows us to schedule the charging via the splitter, so now we can plug […]
No app is perfect but I gave 5 star for the hardwork Neocharge team put in. And I appreciate Spencer adding the human touch in this increasingly distanting and automated world.
