I tried to use the app today and got the dreaded "you have landed on a page that no longer exists" message. I finally was able to get logged in after clearing my cache. Seems like the developers could provide a more helpful message to app users on how to fix this issue if they can't prevent it from happening altogether. Other than the frustration of having to figure out how to get into the app, the app is nicely done.

The camera feature is awful. It makes me want to cry. When I try to take a photo of a check to transfer, it doesn't perform intuitively. I tap the camera button amd it doesn't immediately snap a photo.... So I stand there like a fool, waiting for it to decide to capture an image. Then I get an error. I've tried this more than 10 times and now am submitting it through the mail. How can I trust a company with my money when the digital experience. Is that bad?

Terrible phone app! Not intuitive to use and some actions require the web server instead of in the app and it's so tiny you can't read it or select options with your finger. cannot see your Roth and pre-tax accounts separately, except when looking at your statement. not easy to figure out how to designate part of your future payments to go into either your Roth or pre-tax account. also does not let you specify an exact amount from your paycheck and instead have to use a percentage.

Absolutely worthless app. Constantly says "information is not available right now," then logs you all the way out of the app (which, if you have 2FA on, is a giant pain in the neck) Meanwhile, if I just go to the website, the information is available and it works fine. This "app" is clearly trying to load the website itself into a browser in the app, and failing miserably at it. I am on a Pixel 3a, with all of the latest updates, and on a 50/50 symmetrical fiber connection. Problem isn't my end

I am so disappointed with the choice to change the entire look of the app. Now instead of quickly being able to see the year-to-date change in my 401k, I am forced to hunt this information down. To me the point of Net-benefits was to be able to see simplified verison of the desktop site. Now that it forces the desktop site to view details there is absolutely no point to use the app! If I could go back to the previous look I would in a second!!

Fix your functionality. If this is the only way customers have the ability to upload documents, then the solution must be functional. It currently does not work except if you take a picture of each page. Customer support gave me options of printing and faxing or printing and taking pictures. I do not want to have to print 72 legal sized pages to just scan them in. That's a waste of resources and time.

This was a very good app but for the last two weeks I cannot get on the app; I now get an "internal server error" message with no option to even sign in. It is now worthless. I tried reinstall but still get the same message. Fidelity needs to fix. Prior to this issue the app was very useful and easy to use, with access to everything I needed.

Horrible. Tried to use the app to upload my rollover check because my printer is broke down. First the app had a system error. Then when I went on it 3 hours later, it wouldn't pass the amount entry page to actually allow me to take pictures of the check. Now I have to go buy a new printer before planned so I can print the deposit slip and then spend more money sending the check in via the safest trackable methods. Way to help me save money for retirement!

App crashes every single time the camera snaps a pic of my check. Now I can't complete the rollover process. Each time I log in after the crash it's like it never captured the photo when it says it did right before the crash. I was pitched an awesome "easy" way to upload my check by a Fidelity rep without having to mail it. If you're going to tell people this, at least make sure it WORKS! Very upset with the app crashes. Reading other reviews regarding the same thing. Too bad it's not fixed!

Unable to Login. Unfortunately, the app simply goes back to the login screen after each (attempted) login. I am setup with two-factor authentication and successfully receive the text message with the login code. After entering the code, the app returns to the login page. The app is granted all permissions on my device as well. I am able to log into Netbenefits from my work and home PCs without issue.

Update to app makes it harder to look at investments as a whole. You used to be able to click into allocationx and see cost basis, amount, number of items, current price and total amount. Now it makes you look at them separately. It forces you to use a computer to make an intelligent decesion. Poor design by the teams and making it worthless to look at investments.

Freeze's up. Everytime I try to go look at anything on the investment page it freezes up and I can't do nothing but exit. What are you trying to do keep us from our information. This app has been terrible for a long time. I emptied 1 plan yet the plan is still there there's nothing in it any more it doesn't need to be there. The other 2 plans it's like being in the dark. Everytime I updated it just gets worse. nice going Fidelity your app sucks.

App used to work just fine. Now it just goes to a blank screen. Uninstalled, cleared data and cache with no change. Really would like to have it working again. Update: Contacted the developers who responded that they were aware of the issue on Android phone. Received newest update and it appears that the issue has been resolved. Thank you very much.

App freezes any time I try to access things in my company plan details page. Has been a problem for years, persists after reinstalls, os upgrades, across different phones, etc. Happens to at least several people in my company. There's zero method to ask for help or bugfixes, so no idea if they're even aware, but clearly not fixing it. (There is a feedback form but it goes to a black hole). Used to constantly forget credentials, but I haven't seen that for a couple months.

This app is consistently freezing. I have cleared cache, made sure it's the updated app version, deleted and reinstalled and forced stop with no resolution. I'm using a Galaxy S22 Ultra. There's no reason why the app shouldn't be working for THIS long, as this has been ongoing for at least 5 months. I keep hoping it'll get fixed and it isn't. I should not have to log in from a computer to manage my accounts. Even the mobile website freezes in the same places that the app does. Absolutely crazy.

The app works reasonably, but the only way to use it to upload a document is through the camera, which seems to distort the image. Why not allow selection of an existing document? It would allow better, more readable uploads. Also, why can't a document be uploaded from a PC file from the website? Why only on a mobile app? Some consistancy across platforms would be nice.

They tout how useful it is but when you want to access the FSA system side multiple pop out windows try to open and never load. It's hilarious to see links to download the app that you are also currently using. it's frustrating to download an app only to be forced to log on to the website because their app cannot perform the actions they claim to support.

Terrible app. Just does not work! Fails to take a picture of the rollover cheque. Entering numbers is horrendously designed - looks like a bug in the input field for entering the dollar amount. Takes several tries to enter a number. Unbelievable. A large well-known company can't even build a simple app that works. A couple of high school kids can do a better job than this.

This app is clunky at best. When needing to upload a document, it asks for your phone number. The field where the number goes, has to be a certain format. If you have any spaces, gaps or the slightest error, it rejects it. Do everyone a favor- get rid of the ( ) & make people enter the raw number... No dashes or special characters... numbers only. Otherwise, it's a hassle. THEN... when uploading a document, it wants you to click. When you click- nothing happens. Spent 30 minutes, trying

I'm astonished by how bad this app is. For checking balances it's fine, but for actual trading it's virtually worthless. No streaming price info, can't adjust column width so if you have more than 1000 shares of a stock you can't see the number, doesn't give trade confirmations, formatting is awful, and I could go on. By far the worst I've seen.
